I want to inform you that King Toyota/Scion has failed completely at every attempt to resolve or express customer care and concern. Every time I have brought my vehicle there to have these warranty concerns repaired, they have always broke, damaged or scratched something on my car, Every Time! I am not exaggerating either. From panels not being installed correctly, parts left off and lying in the back seat or cup holder, grease stains on interior parts; they even stole the quarters from my car. The one that really got my attention was when they scratched a plastic panel, then claimed it as warranty. After every repair attempt I received a survey in the mail and I always gave them 100% even when I wasn’t satisfied; I stood up for them but they never stood up for me, even though I bought my car from them. I do not have enough room to write about all the shameful incidents that happened at this dealership.
They Finally have some one there that not only knows Scions, but I think he bleeds motor oil. When you go to King, be sure to see Ivan, he is truly a knowledgeable professional who not only knows the brand and what it stands for but also owns a kick ass xB.
There is finally hope for the dealerships.

These people lie at will and have no knowledge of Scions, they run back and forth asking questions...after 2 hours of trying to locate a gray XA .....they said they had one and to come back in a hour....when i came back the added most ass. and tryed to charge me for the upgraded rims after i told them NO! they said it would cost me 50.00 to put the standered tires back on....run from this dealership...
