First impression was excellent. Went for a test drive and began to talk about getting my NBM tC. That is where the poop hit the fan. I was promised a low interest rate but it was later revealed that was not possible. She lied about faxing the appropriate documents in and said they kept getting lost. The saleswoman told me that she ordered the car and it would be in on Monday. Took off work, drove to dealer and found out that they did not have the car...THEY NEVER ORDERED IT. Wasted 4 hours of my life and they did not say they were sorry! Dealership is probably fine, but sales woman with initials RS was terrible. What made matters worse was that the manager refused to reprimand the saleswoman because she said there was no proof even though my dad and I had e-mails from her backing up everything we said she did! Horrible experience. Went to Neviaser Toyota in Easton and had a great time!

Back in March of 2005 I went in and bought my FM tC. It was a breeze, I went in the morning and filled out the application and came back after work and everything was ready and I drove it home that night. I liked the experience so much that last week I took my son to Koons Scion so he could get his first new car a Black xA . We had gone online Christmas day and checked out the inventory and they had exactly what we needed, so I went to the dealer which was closed and put a note in the door that we wanted the car and would be back the day after Christmas to get it. Which we did no hassles. They also had about 15 vehicles in stock which in this area is pretty incredible. Thanks Koons Scion

I was looking for a Scion tc manual in flint mica every dealership I went to told me that car, in that color, was very hard to get and they offered me other colors. I dealt with a couple dealers that had me waiting for around 2 months for a car and still had nothing. I read the reviews about Rose and called her from the very first conversation with her and she gave me all the information that was beneficial to me, not the dealership. She told me it would take four weeks and four weeks later I had my car, still hadn't heard from the other dealers whom I had given a good faith deposit. When I picked up my car it had less than 1 mile on it and was perfect they had the floor mats I bought so I didn’t have to wait. I have bought a new car before from someone I went to high school with and this buying experience was even better than that I also dealt with other scion dealers and hands down Rose is the best she is extremely helpful and honest.

I was contacted by Rose from Koons Scion of Annapolis through Scionlife, when I started to look for a dealership near me. I checked their website, and they had exactly the car I wanted being delivered soon. I put a deposit on it, and a few weeks later, drove off with my car the same day it came in.
Everyone I worked with there was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Especially Rose, who also kept me up to date on the status of my car via phone and email. Once I came back to pick up the car, the entire process was a breeze. I've heard my share of horror stories about dealerships- pushy salespeople, mistakes, a stressful experience- well my experience with Koons was exactly the opposite. Everyone working there is personable, at no point did I feel pressured or stressed. If I get another Scion (my wife is thinking of getting an xA eventually,) I will definitely come back here. I'd recommened that anyone else in the area who is looking for a Scion do the same.

I just bought my new 2006 Scion tC from Koons nad the experience was great. This was my first new car and in talking to my brothers and sisters(I come from a very large family, 13 kids in all), they all had terrible experiences with their first car purchase. I told them about my experience over dinner at my parents the other night, and they were all amazed. Koons and Scion is great. I can not wait to get my next car from them, oh yeah, but that would mean that I have to give up my new tC---not happening anytime soon. Thanks again to Koons and Scion.

The staff @ Koons Scion of NAP-TOWN made my first car purchasing experience an easy and pleasurable one. I am getting a white tC from them that is due to arrive any day and the whole process leading up to me getting the car has been great. The whole staff there is almost as excited as I am about me getting my new ride. I would definelty recommend to anyone looking to buy a Scion that they should go to Koons Scion of Annapolis and have the same great experience I had. Thanks again! ! !

I love my Scion xA!!I got exactally the car I wanted, and everyone at Koons was almost as excited about my car as I was. My sales person was Nate and he was very helpful, knowledgable, really down to earth, easy to talk to and not to mention hella cute! He devoted all his attention to my needs and made sure when I left the dealership I was happy.
Not only was he great while @ the dealership but a few days later I got an unexpected "follow up" call from nate, which I thought was really very nice.
Everyone at Koons Scion of "Nap-town" , Nate, Rose and yea even Brian all deserve like 10 gold stars, because they were wonderful

I went to Koons first when looking to buy my tC. At first, Koons only had an automatic in stock for me to test drive, but I was pleased that they had a tC in stock for me to check out in person, as another dealer I looked at did not have any. Within a few weeks, they also had a manual for me to test drive which finalized my decision to buy my tC.
My salesperson Rose was great! She had a positive, upbeat attitude and had a great knowledge of the tC and the Scion community. It was great not to be pressured to purchase immediately, as I had been at another dealer. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Brian, the sales manager. Brian went out of his way to make sure that I was a satisfied, happy customer.
It's also nice to go back to the dealership after my purchase and have them remember me and take time out of their busy day to talk with me about upcoming events and other Scion news. It was a great experience for me!

I took delivery of my xB RS 2.0 on April 5th, 2005. I had actually Contated Rose at Koons about a month prior about the car. Actually met her through Scion Life and talked to her via IM. Put a deposit on the car and waited. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been the RS arriving the first day they were out (hey sometimes I like to dream). The minute it arrived I got an IM telling me it was in and I went to pick it up the next day. Rose was more excited about the car than I was. Knew it in and out, and was waiting out front for when I arrived.
And then to top it all off, there was a meet that night local to my place, she told me I should swing by, I did, and met some really cool people as well. It's not every day that a dealer not only take so much pride and care in just there job, but then also introuduces you to a whole new group of people on a completly social side. I would not even have to think for a second to send anyone I know to Koons and Rose.

I know the forum has been down for awhile, but I don't know why it's taken so long to add some comments about this Annapolis Scion dealer. The staff always makes you feel welcome, even long after the sale. They are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their product, and provide answers to what seems like endless questions about Scions.
Rose is always upbeat and a real pleasure to work with. Brian, the sales manager is helpful and sincere. The service dept. makes you feel like your business is appreciated, and they follow up to make sure the service they provided was what was expected. If your're looking for an Xa, Xb or a tC, I would highly recommend that you try Koons Scion of Annapolis first.

OK, when I decided to get my xA, I researched the hell out of the car. I had a great idea of what I wanted, how much it would cost and what was in the car.
Koons is a dealership that has someone there who is a godsend to the auto sales industry. I just want to give Rose her props right up front. She has been the greatest person to deal with there. Not only did she help to get me my refund on overpayment for the car, she has helped to speed up the receipt of my tags, and she is always willing to help out in whatever way she can. Thanks for everything Rose.

I'd been leaning towards Scion of Waldorf based upon what I had been reading on the Board... until I heard about Scion of Annapolis and Shawn. I'd read more than a few times that Shawn and the rest of the Annapolis staff was excellent, so when Shawn posted that Annapolis had a demo tC, I immediately drove there to check it out.
Of course, Shawn was the first person I ran into on the lot. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, but not at all pushy. He was there to answer whatever questions I had, and at the same time he gave me enough space to check out the car inside and out for what seemed like an eternity. Finally, he just walked over and put the key in my hand and told me to take it out for a test drive. When I got back, he and Rose (a great, kick-ass Saleswoman) politely asked what I thought about the car, but didn't try to push it down my throat. 30 minutes later I had a deposit on an Indigo Ink tC that would be arriving in their first allocation.
Shawn and Rose were very understanding of my "eagerness" to get my car (o.k., I may have stopped by more than once and sent Shawn a crazy email). Finally, on Tuesday, July 6th, I got the call that my car was in as soon as they got it off of the truck.
I highly recommend Scion of Annapolis to anyone who is in the market for a Scion. They really know their stuff and show that they care by being so active in the "Community". Even if you don't live in the Annpolis area, the customer service that you receive is well worth the drive. Shawn, Rose, and Brandy Q.-- THANKS!!!!!

A very good place to buy a Scion from. The staff was polite and friendly, answering all my questions even two months after I bought my Scion. They treat you like family which is rare in the auto sales business. The building looks new and clean. The only complaint is the sign out front needs to better, it's hard to see if you have never been there before.

I bought my Xb here mainly because when I was ready to buy they were the only dealership around my area that had a manual tranny in one of my top 2 color choices. When I walked in though I discovered that they know their stuff here. Any questions I had they knew the answer right away!
I had just recently discovered scionlife.com and when I found out that they were sponsors of scionlife and also sponsored local scion events I felt even better about buying there! So far I have been back for 2 oil changes. I stopped by to visit each time, and they remembered my name and made time to talk. Try to get that at your normal car dealership AFTER you have spent your money! Another nice feature of this dealership is that they have their "Own" building. Granted it's not huge, but they aren't stuck in the corner of the toyota showroom.
