I went in on a Saturday and took a test drive. No problems and Brenda my salesperson was quick to get me the keys. I live 50 miles from this dealership. Was going to deal with Dunning Scion...but bad experience with the salesperson there.
Went back on Monday and ordered my TCM. They located one the same day and had it there on Tuesday. I got a call Wed morning and was told my car was ready.
Went out Wed afternoon to take delivery. Just as I was to leave, it was discovered that the cruise control which was to be installed, had not been installed.
I had to come back a week later, take the day off work and wait for 8 hours to have the cruise installed.
Brenda was nice and they did give me a loaner to run around in. She was great, but not happy about the day lost, the extra 150 miles on my new car. I'll go to Dunning for warranty work if needed.

I bought an 06 xB, they had two in stock and three more coming.
I had to wait a week to get one in the color I wanted.
They tried the "need you to talk to OUR finance guy" line. That was the only negative.

Bought an 05 xA with no problems. Scion dealer was great. Josh is a good guy. Only had 2 xA's (one sold minutes before I got there), no xB's and a few tC's. Wish they had an xB that I could have tried. Oh well, just gotta get another one!
