Awful experience there. First, I knew more about the xB then they did. When we went for a test drive, the guy who went with us didn't say a word, and kept the window down in the back seat on a very cold day! The manager of the Scions couldn't answer a simple question about the iPod hooking up to the stereo, and the general feeling at the dealership was creepy. I did not buy my Scion from them.

It took me about 2 months to buy from LHM Scion, since Scion was an unfamiliar name around here, I didn't want to make a mistake. Everytime I went to LHM they provided me with exactly the information that I needed to know. They have really nice people that don't pressure you into anything, just there to help you out!
