Walked in, they showed me vehicles and told me about them, walked out with a new scion. Went back to put a spoiler on and was greeted nicely and sent to the person I needed to see. Overall this dealership has been awesome.

I went to Lawrence for a battery issue, but my warranty was up. Turns out the battery was still under warranty so they hooked me up! While they were doing the repair I looked around the dealership. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and looking out the back, there was a huge inventory of all cars, not just Scions. I'd definitely recommend Lawrence. Anyone outside of the area who's had a bad dealership should go there and have an actual good one!

I placed my order for a BCP scion tc on jul 27 with Matt. He went over everything with me about the tc. He told me my tc would arrive in 4 weeks. I do have to admit that he was a little slow getting back to me on the phone. He was really good with e-mail. Through e-mail he kept me informed about the status of my tc. I picked up my Tc
on aug 27, exactly 4 weeks from the day I ordered it. Overall I would have to say my experience with Lawrence toyota was positive. I would especially recommend dealing with Matt, he is a good salesman and a nice guy.

What a terrible experience! Wait no, two experiences!
I went there at the end of June when the tC was released. Was able to take a test drive, when I got back the guy who gave me the keys was busy, so I got stuck with Karl.
Karl took my info, laughed at how much of a downpayment I'd need, and said he'd call in the loan and call me the next day.
Next day comes - no call. I call him, he says the loan dept is backed up but he will call. That was the end of June - still no call.
I get an email from the Scion Sales Manager Matt two weeks later. I told him the situation, he told me to come in.
He was much nicer, and kept apologizing for what Karl did. He walked me through the car and told me he'd call in the loan and call me back.
Nothing by 4 the next day, so I call. He says he will check and call back. He calls me later on the wrong # (i told him to call my cell) and says he didn't have my work info, and couldn't process the loan.
I call at 9:30 the next day and give him that, he says he will call me back. 4 comes again, nothing, so I leave a voicemail since he was busy.
It's been a month, no call back.
