PikesPeak (98) 5 Year(s) Old (does not count toward dealer score)
I'm sad to say this place is withing 5 miles of my house. I made an appointment to drive a new tC, but they didn't have anyone ready for my visit. Once a salesman did come out, he didn't bring any vehicle keys. Worse, he tried to show me Toyota's.

I thought this dis-service was limited to the car salesman culture. I bought a used tC at another dealership, and went to this one for car maintenance. They programmed my new car keys incorrectly and failed to change my oil (after I asked).

Go to another Scion dealer.

UDAY (2) 7 Year(s) Old (does not count toward dealer score)
This was a terrible experience and they were not interested at all in selling Scions. They tried to get me to look at used Toyotas several times and told me it would take possibly months to get a scion. They were very rude and aggressive. I could tell right away that they didn't make much of a commission on Scions, but obviously were in line to make much higher commissions on used Toyotas. Once they realized that my mind was made up for a Scion they pretty much blew me off. Thank goodness we have another dealer in town. For a long time they were all we had. I ordered my xA from Toyota of Colorado Springs, so far everything’s been great. I'll let everyone know how it goes after we take delivery.

Liberty Scion was absolutely the worst dealer that I have been to. The sales people did not have the time to talk to me. It was probably because they knew that I wanted an xB and could not get a big commision. When I finally talked to a saleman, he told me that I should try other dealers. He did not want to order me a car! I did, and John Elway in Centennial (Denver), Co was awesome and ordered me an xB immedialely. Liberty Scion..........What a joke!

Alice B 8 Year(s) Old (does not count toward dealer score) [edit]
We were very impressed with Tad. He talked to ME (and not just my husband) and, to my absolute suprise, knew more than me about the Scion (I had researched extensively). Not only that, he knew about the competition so we could compair models fairly. Fabulous experience. (Personally...I think they ought to market more to "baby boomer women":))
