First impression- they were knowledgeable and wanting to work with me. After I sat down to deal on final price with a trade-in they would not work with me. They didn't even offer me Kelly Blue Book for my car in fair condition. They said my trade was an undesirable car and tried to tack on toyoguard and extra crap that I hadn't asked them to quote. So left and went up to SCOTT CRUMP TOYOTA IN JASPER. They aren't listed in these reviews, but they were much better. At first, they tried to act tough, but I was able to haggle and get a fair trade-in value. They were able to promptly locate a car at another dealer and even sent a rollback truck to pick it up (I didn’t want any miles put on it). They gave me the 400$ graduate rebate even though it wasn’t able on the scion. They want your business so don't be afraid and walk out - because they won't want you to. I recommend Scott Crump Scion in Jasper.
