Those guys rock!! They have a great selection of cars and a very knowledgeable sales staff. Got the tC I wanted in less time than they told me, and I have recommended them to my friends -- who also have bought there.
Talk to Eric Bayer, he is one the the Scion managers (I think) and really knows his stuff!

I was ready to buy a tC and went into Lou Fusz in Kirkwood. OK, what is the problem with this place? No one would talk to me or give me the time of day. I asked one of the salesmen for help and he said he would be right back and never came. This place is a joke, and I've been told to go to Jay Wolfe Toyota....so I am going to go there and buy my car.
I wanted to test drive a tC and was told that there was no one there to give me a test drive. Lou Fusz LOST my business and all the business of my friends.

I went to Lou Fusz Scion after visiting Jay Wolfe, who left me very unimpressed. I spoke to Eric Bayer who was awesome. He didn't make me feel pressured and even gave me time to think if this is what I wanted.
Unlike Jay Wolfe, I was able to test drive the xA and am currently waiting at the most 2-3 weeks for its arrival versus 5-6 weeks that Jay Wolfe stated.

We just purchased our Scion xB from Lou Fusz in Kirkwood, Missouri -- Rob is the Internet sales manager and helped us purchase our xA. While we there I mentioned that I had an xB on order with another dealership, Jay Wolff --DO NOT GO TO THEM -- Rob said he could get me an xB in a few weeks. He checked and called me back the next day to report that he had located me a 2006 xB in Japan and that it would be here in three weeks or so. Sure enough, just like he said, the xB came in on time. Picked it up Monday night and love it. No hassles. Gave me a very fair trade in price for my other car. Highly recommend you go to Lou Fusz. As for Rob Roedel. He is the Internet and Scion Sales Manager. Please tell Rob that Paul McCain sent you!

Rob was the salesman who sold us our Scion xA and will soon be selling us our Scion xB. We went to Lou Fusz after Jay Wolff jerked us around for eight weeks, never being able to get our car. Rob got our limited edition xA in to the showroom, with only 2 miles on it, and held it for us for a whole week, with no deposit. Financing was great, 4.9% no fuss, no muss. HIGHLY recommended.

I found Lou fusz Scion because I was given the run around by Newbold for 7 weeks. I put a deposit down for a tC and was told 3 - 5 weeks. 6 weeks later after not hearing from Newbold I called to find out that I still wasn't on the list and that it would take 3 -5 more weeks. I asked if there was a way to expedite it, and without thinking or researching he said no, I would just have to wait.
Well after that I did some shopping and came accross Lou Fusz Scion. I called Rob Roedell, and he was able to find me a car within 2 hours and have it delivered to me in a week. They didnt charge extra for delivery or anything like that. Rob was also able to inform me of a rebate I was qualified for and had been running for a few months when Newbold told me there was nothing.
The whole staff was excellent and very helpful, I hope to send some business back there way in the form of referrals, and as a repeate customer. Rob Roedell and Lou Fusz Rawks!!!!!

This is an awesome dealership. I got my car from these guys. I probably paid a little too much for it - but that is my fault for not bargaining enough. The staff is very nice and I really trust them.

Went in and worked with Sarah. She was great and even made sure they didn't drill holes in the bumper for me. Everyone there was friendly, and didn't talk to you like you are stupid. Tom was great with financing. They are an honest dealership unlike The Dean Team.

I worked with Eric Bayer when my wife and I got our xB.
He was a great salesman. Not cheesy at all and he is a "car guy". He reads all the mags that I do (Car and Driver, Road and Track, ect) and was not pushy at all. He knows what he is talking about, and had no problem selling a car with very little options. The Scion part of the dealership is just a corner of the regular Dealer, not a separate building. But there was some separation. They are replacing some worn floor mats at no cost and everyone that I have dealt with there has been very helpful.

Went in and bought the car I wanted with no problems. Everybody was awesome. Sales guy was cool, no games and did'nt talk to me like I was retarded.
