I had a great experience at this dealership because the salesperson was a family friend (biased review??? lol). My only problem was that they didn't have a bigger selection to choose from. I wanted a manual transmission 07 tC and the only colors they had were Flint Mica, Azure pearl, and the metallic silver model. I probably would have gotten the dark blue, white, or the dark red if they had it, but I ended up with the Flint Mica. The Service department was kind and courteous when I went back to get my stock radio installed. My dad also bought his Tundra at this dealership.

Bought my tC there in Oct. of 05. Was eagerly helped by and guy named Andy who was actually from the Toyota side but was helping out since the Scion people were short handed @ the time. They had 3 tC's (which was more than other dealerships in the North end @ the time). I was informed that my first 2 choices of color (white and black) were unavaliable immediately but they had a Flint Mica auto, a Nautical Blue stick, and a Classic Silver Metalic stick. I test drove the CSM, loved it, kept my trade and bought it. I was a little annoyed that the next person we saw kept trying to sell me stuff after I had said that I was uninterested repeatedly, but over it was a very possitive expereince!

Short story - I told the salesperson what I was looking for (Scion xB Auto) and we walked to the area of the lot where they kept them. After the usual walk around, we asked to do a test drive and he went off to get the right car. We drove it down to the front of the dealership where he stopped and asked for our licenses, proof of insurance, etc.
He went inside to make the photocopies while we awaited his return. After about 5-7 minutes of wondering where he was, I went inside to look for him as our child was getting restless and so were we. I found the guy talking on the phone while leaning up against the wall as if he had all day! I was immediately angered by this and headed back to the car. Once there, I got everyone out, removed the car seat, and headed back to our vehicle. He wanted to know what we were doing. I told him he needs to get his priorities straight when dealing with customers and we left.
I've heard nothing but poor opinions about this place!

I am buying my xB from this dealer. They were very helpful and able to get me exactly what i wanted. They also worked with me on my trade in. Promised me a wagon that was in state but wasnt able to get it so they found me one right away... good service... would recomend for buying from them.

Magic Scion presented me with a very friendly and welcoming invitation when I was out promoting the club. I hope this carries through to their future customer relations.
