I probably could have done this sooner, but have been avoiding it.....(its gonna be negative)
I placed my order for the box in Febuary of 2004. Waited and waited and waited until mid June for it to arrive. Communication was horse $hit. I had to call them so many times it was sad, and I never got a call back.
The knowledge, or lack there of was not good. I found all the answers to my questions on Scion Life. I wanted the car though, so was willing to endure.
I was panned off by all the sales staff and personel when I told them I was interested in a Scion. They treated me like a had STD's. Until finally a Scion rep could be located. Heather was a good honest sales person, but her co-workers were not motivated to help a *Gasp* "Scion buyer".
I did get a real warm and friendly hand shake from the owner at the end of the deal....
My advise? Go to Rudy Luther Scion in Golden Valley and talk to Kelly.

This dealership was all good, with one exception that i was lead to believe that the car would be here sooner than it was ... 2 weeks sooner... but I got the car, its great, all the extras were installed .... not to shabby

I bought my xb in August and had a good experience with them. The guy who sold me the car was kind of a bonehead but it was worth dealing with. I don't know if I can use his name or not but I will. He is Gary Plan. If you avoid him, you will love this place.

Got my box on Wednesday. Had to wait a while as I ordered it back in May, but its been worth the wait.
The dealer experience was pretty good. I bought early, so they weren't completely up to speed, but were quick to get back to me on questions.
Overall easy deal (as it always should be with Scion) recieved good attention, and a relaxed and helpful atmosphere.
Kept waiting to feel like I was being lied to or screwed, but it didn;t happen (a first) with anybody I talked to.
Sent two people there already and recommend the dealership.
Biggest drawback here in Minnesota is there aren't very many Scions period around so wait time at least up til now is a reality (and I never saw the color "live" til my box showed up.
