I've never in my life been more upset with a dealer when trying to buy a car. The overall atmosphere of this dealship is one of where they make you feel like they're doing you a huge favor by talking to you and if you don't know anything about the car your going to buy your certainly not going to get the information from them. I liked the salesperson, but the rest of the staff were cold and impersonal. It was enough to make me walk out of there and drive 40 miles the other direction and buy my car downtown. That's one lot I'll never step foot on again, even for an oil change.

Great experience in car buying. Nick was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about Scions. As a matter of fact, he owns an xB (and it looks quite awesome)! There was no high-pressure sales going on. This is the first time I have bought a new car that there was no high-pressure. Just a great experience. If you live in the middle Tennessee area and are wanting to check out Scions, call Nick at Neill-Sandler.

I personally can say they are all a top-notch bunch. From Chris to Steve A. and even the GSM Gerald. I know they make their customers very happy. They know how to take care of customers and make sure they get all their accessories on. Thanx a bunch and you owe me guys!!

I just recently bought my xB at Neill Sandler. I have to say it was a great experience, from the salesman and all the way down the line! The financing was easy, the demo ride was topnotch, and everyone knew what they were talking about! I would DEFINITELY recommend anyone to head over to Neill Sandler!

I had a 1986 Nissan 300ZX that had caused me more issues and money than it was worth. I was tired of "dumping" the cash into the thing. I needed something that was new and dependable. The 300 finally went out with another problem. That was it! I was done. I walked to work (1 hour each way) for one week. I bought the xB that they had on the lot. I needed something and bad. And I knew that I couldn't go wrong with a Scion (i.e.-Toyota). They are number one in Japan. I walked in on a Tues. and drove away on Fri. I was working 12 hour days, that was my fault in not getting the xB sooner. Everything went without any issues. All questions were answered on the spot, no pressure in getting the "Top of the Line", and they were more than happy to help in any way. I'd deal with these guys any day of the week!

I just bought an RS 2.0 and love it. The service was GREAT, Chris was very easy to get along with and help me and my parents out a whole lot. And if your looking on buying a scion and wanting to make it a surprise for someone then you need to go and talk to Chris he is good at keeping a straight face. The rest of the staff is great aslo. This was my first experience buying a new car. I had researched the Scion Xa online and read about pure-pricing. I thought it was a bunch of crap and was prepared to deal with the car salespeople that you hear about. I was impressed when I actually went to purchase the car. Even though I went to the dealership a half hour before they were closing, they went through all the initial paperwork with me and quoted me the exact price I had seen online. When the car arrived they let me drive it until the alarm system came in, then hooked me up with a loaner car while the alarm system was installed. I love my new car and was impressed with the people at Neill-Sandler. You guys did a great job!

How many dealers will do this for you? Check this out. My girl friend was driving my XB and somehow she hit a curb. Well, the steel factory rim was bent and the tire had a chunk of rubber torn off from the sidewall. Just to replace the tire was going to cost me about $90.00 I was able to use a hammer and pound the steel wheel back into shape. Then I had a thought, maybe Niel Sandler could cut me a deal on a tire and wheel. They may have some factory wheels and tires in stock because customers often have the aftermarket tires and wheels installed and leave their original factory tires and wheels at the dealer. Well guess what, not only did Niel Sandler have a factory wheel and tire, they gave it to me for FREE!! Can you believe that!! They take Customer Service to an All New Level! Niel Sandler Toyota Scion, great people, great service. Will I buy from them again?? Absolutely!! They always make you feel welcome and there is never any 'hard sell' or pressure. Glad I got my Scion from them.

Great guys to deal with. Called at 5:15pm & found out they had what we wanted with the exception that it didn't have a radio installed. Steve said they could put it in the next day.I told him I was in Nashville & leaving that night to go home 3 hrs away & wanted it tonight. Drove to dealership the car was ready to go. This is my sons's first car. He loves it.
This is the first car they had sold.
