I purchased my second Scion from Newark Toyota World. The first one I bought from Price. The level of service i received from Tim Hyden was outstanding. He was able to get the car in the color i wanted, with all options installed in a few days. The paperwork process was quick when I went to pick up the car. The tour they give of the facilities showing you were everything is as far as service, how service is done, what they have in the waiting room was something I haven't gone through before, and it was much appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing from, they treat their customers exactly how they should be treated.

Tim and Dave were great! I was unsure at first about which accessories to add to my vehicle and the other dealer I went to (PRICE-NOTE: AVOID!) had no clue and didn't seem to want to help me out at all. Tim and Dave went over everything with me and made sure I knew exactly what was available to me both from Scion and other vendors that they use. I honestly couldn't have had a better experience buying a car. They were AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME! Thanks so much!! :)

I went here and got my tC not even 2 weeks ago. It was awesome. Tim Hyden and Dave Goodwin both helped me out, and they are great. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock, and I was told it could take 2 weeks to get it in. They had it for me the next day, complete with all the accessories I ordered. That was great because I usually have zero patience. I got a great number on my trade in and it was just great overall. We had a good time, they are very laid back guys and make you feel comfortable. It was fun and they were so much better than Price. They were terrible. Definitely go to Newark Scion World, and tell them that Molly sent you!

I had the best car purchasing experience at the TOYOTAWORLD in Newark. Before I got there, I went to Price. They didn't seem to be interested in selling anything and didn't even explain anything to me about the car. The guy at Price acted like we are taking his time and he didn't want to be there. I went to the TOYOTAWORLD right after, where I found what I was looking for in the showroom. The salesperson Tim Hyden is the best salesman I have ever met. He knew a lot about the car and was extremely friendly and willing to work with me. I got the 07 tC right away. So if Price didn't want my money, I will give it to TOYOTAWORLD. I would def. recommend going there and buying your car from Tim.

Newark Scion World has really done a great job in making customers happy. Strictly Scionized had a meet sponsored by Newark Scion, and Tim Hyden really hooked us up. We got some great prizes, free food, and a very pleasant atmosphere. If you need a new Scion, go see Tim at Newark Scion World, he will take care of ya!

The only dealership I know who gives an honest opinion about your car, plus acts like a person and not a dealership trying to sell a car. They are willing to help you and give opinions. Take it from me,
Newark Scion World in DE is the #1 Scion Dealership that I go to and trust for everything.

***UPDATE***
Since I had my car, I've spoken with one representative in Newark Scionworld, his name is Tim Hyden. I've talked to him about my car, and the great thing about talking to him is that even thought I did not purchase my car from him, we was willing to go the extra mile for information about my car, servicing information, and even Scion facts about my car.

He worked with me on getting my car serviced at the Scion/Toyota world service department on Morrows Road. They have knowledge on all Scion products, services, and even recommendations about items for your rides. The service representative I deal with is Scot McKenna. He was able to help me order the parts for my car, and service them for an affordable pricing. The service department was excellent with the information they provided, and was able to perform in a friendly and family environment.

If there is one thing I would say, is that Not only is this dealership, an informal one, but they want to let you know, they are a family with Scions and Toyotas.

Keep up the good work.
Eddie

First and fore most, Newarkscionworld.com its one of the best scion dealerships around. If you look at their site, they are one for customizing your ride, when I mean customizing, talk about a sweet supercharged xA, to a supercharged xB with a Full entertainment system.
Just to speak about what makes this place stand out from any other, is the representative. Tim Hyden, I met him a couple of times, and he is one to tell you how it is and to look out for you and your ride. I got a Scion tC 05 Super White MT, and told me if anything was going on to let him know, I had one problem and advised me of what’s going on and he went out of the way to help me with the service department to getting my car fixed. And since I've been a Scion East member his dealership has sponsored our organization to its max and has looked out for us. Remember to check out http://www.newarkscionworld.com for some tricked out xA's, xB's, and some tC's. Tim will definitely Hook your ride UP :-)

My experience at Newark Toyota scion world was nothing but grade A quality service and when going there I already had a good understanding of the scion xb model but when meeting Tim Hyden he didn’t hesitate to let me test drive the car which is most important to me when purchasing any car because if you cant see you driving it then you shouldn’t get the car but anyway he was very helpful and mature and give me a full run around of the car and its history for I could learn not just about the xb but what scion means and how it came to be . All the guys at Newark Toyota Scion world are awesome. What best describes Tim is he is very open minded and helps me with his opinion on what’s good and what’s not. I never had a better experience then at Newark for Tim and the people at Newark scion world thanks.

I just got my new TC and I love it. I am so happy with what my car came with!
While shopping for my car I got a little Discouraged. I located the closest dealer on scion.com and had the opportunity to visit Price in Delaware. I went there and was totally disappointed with how I was treated. I guess they thought I was stupid being a girl and all. I think I know more about Scions then they do. I went home angry and calling around. I got the number to Newark Toyota. I was very pleased with there sales person, Tim, I told him about where I first went, he apologized, I thought that was cool. He assured me that that’s not the way they treat their customers. I was still angry so I had to stop by to find out for myself. I was completely surprised. Tim was so knowledgeable and went over things I didn’t see on line. Tim also told me about future events for Scion that I am looking forward to taking my new car to.

First, The dealership had a Scion tC to "play with", and no one came hassling me or looking over my shoulder while I was interacting with the car. Am I the only one that appreciates that? Anyway... Tim Hyden remembered me from when I called almost a week ago and immediatly pointed out the previous dealership's mistakes. He went to the Scion site (his comp & everything is right in front of you, nothing to hide), seleted the options I wanted, included the extened warranty price on the Newark's site (I asked for it), computed the NJ state costs (tax, title, etc.), gave me the total. I agreed to it, we signed the ppwk, gave him a $200 deposit for the order, he told me EXACTLY what will happen once the car comes, gave me Scion extras (mag, mouse pad, etc.) and other docs in an envelope, and that was it. ABSOLUTLY NO HAGGLING! Tim had all the answers (I threw out alot) and he put me up on upcoming events. I had more trouble fighting I-95 Saturday traffic than buying my tC!

My man Tim had all the know how about my Scion xB. He went over all the paper work, showed me different payment structures, and had me sold before I even bought the car. I went and test drove one from Price and they "sucked it" big time. Go to Newark Scion World for your Scion. Not only will you get what you want, but It'll be done very well. He told me that my car would be arriving around the end of the month, and I got it on the 4th of July. A little later, but he called me to at least let me know what was going on. And all I can say is the car is the s*it. THanks Tim.

When I first got there, it was a REAL Toyota Dealership with Lexus and Scions, they had a Turboed MR2 in display and a xA with the blitz super charger, and some audio equips
So there he was, Tim the salesman, all running around busy because he is getting ready to do a delivery. He tells me he's in the process and will get to me asap, feel free to browse around and offered me drinks. Very nice. Then he told me I can go look at the tC first if I wanted to which I did.
After 1 hour of waiting, he finally was freed up to help me out. This guy is very laid back, makes you feel very comfortable. Unlike other dealers, he was easy to deal with. He have tons of experience. Ran my credit report and everything, test drove the car and now im am trying to convince my dad to get the car here at Newark Scion world. We also talked about sponsoring my car if I wanted to
He brought me into a room where he showed me a scion tent designed for advertising which was cool. This is the place 2 be!

I was extremely pleased with the service that I recieved from Newark ScionWorld. The staff was wonderful and helped me in every way possible. I did not have to deal with any of the BS that I have had to deal with at other dealerships. I would recommend seeing Tim if you are looking for a Scion. He knows what he's doing.
