I have just got a new TC from North Point.
Firstly I have shopped around for other cars and then when I decided on a Tc I then shopped a couple of dealers.
When dealing with a fixed price auto the only thing that can set you apart from your competition is customer service and attitude.
Steve and James at NPS maintained a high level of customer service and were very friendly but always professional.
Three things stood out in the buying process.1, Steves first impression and willingness to demo features in the car without expecting me to sign that day.
2,James gave me none of the usual bullshit that I was waiting for when it came to financing.
3,Both have a genuine enthusiasm for the product they are selling and car culture as a whole.
With this in mind I would undoubtedly recommend NPS to anyone looking for a scion.
Very excellent dealership, I had tried getting my car through Landers but in the end all they did was drag their feet and never returned my calls when I was waiting for the car to come in. North Point did an excellent job of ordering my car as I wanted it, they gave me the time frame for it to be in, and it came in right around that time. The saleman James was excellent and still checks up since I got the car back on Oct 23rd... well worth the wait... I would suggest anyone looking for a Scion to go see James and North Point for a good car...
I got my tC from there 20 August 2004, which was right on time for what I was told when I ordered. Very happy with my purchase there and definitley would go back.
