I had a great time with my shopping experience. My salesman was very accomidating. He also managed to grab me the color of the tC that I wanted when there were none to be found. My one and only gripe would be the service department. When I bought the car, I purchased a lot of extra stuff too. The service guys scratched a little of my paint and didn't properly clean up after my spoiler install, resulting in the metal shavings rusting my paint. They cleaned it up ok, but not perfect. Otherwise, a very good experience, considering I was spending 20,000.

They don't pratice pure pricing, It was the same old car salesman crap. He never gave me a broken down price just a padded sky high price that did not add up. Tried to charge me $220 for the xA floor mats. Parts instalation will be at a whopping, $75 an hour. and they said it would be 1.5 hours per corner to install TRD springs and struts????? After going back 2 times to give them a chance to be fair, I took my business to Scion of Dartmouth.
