I bought a used 2004 (MuNkEy's old box) from Nye Toyota. I had a good experience from them. The sales person was pretty knowledgeable, and didn't try to talk me into anything else, but paved a way to easy experience. If you go, ask for Erich Ottoman, that dude is pretty sweet.

I couldn’t agree more w/ your assessment monkey. This is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever been too. My scion is my first new car. I've owned it for about 9 months now and it’s been about the worst experience in my life. The salesmen at NYE have been complete morons in the service of my car and there treatment of me! I could go on for an hour about all the screw ups I’ve had to deal with every time I take my car there. Even the simplest maintenance seems to befuddle the mechanics at NYE. If there was any other scion dealership I could get to I would. Please, for your sake and mine DO NOT BUY FROM NYE!

I've been down to the anchorage scion store about 5 times now, I am looking into ordering 2 scions. Every time I go down to the store, all I seem to get is salesmen who aren't interested in helping me out, or a new guy who doesn't know anything about the scions. I also had one guy try so hard to sell me an xB, that I didn't go ahead and order one that day. He didnt know a single thing about the xB, I asked him many questions and he came up with answers that were not true, or he just read off the window sticker. Also, we had a salesmen call our house telling us about a march madness sale, and that we should come down and check out the specials, she did not tell us that there wasn't any specials on the scions. I've not had a single good experience with the dealership, and am looking at buying my scions elsewhere.
