My tC experience was a rollercoaster. At first, I was given a salesman who attempted to get me into a color I didn't want. He ended up losing his job over this, and a new salesman was assigned to help me. The tC the original salesman had supposedly dealer traded didn't exist, and they were giving me false information as to when I’d be getting my car, because they weren't given truthful information to begin with. Bruce, the salesman assigned after this mess had happened, attempted to make things right in the best way possible, kept me up to date on any news, and sent me a few things in the mail for my troubles. Six weeks later, tC arrives, i take delivery and immediately begin learning manual tranny. This was 10/22/05.

My salesman at O'Brien Toyota was Mike Ramon. He was the perfect salesperson in every regard, and I would urge anyone within driving distance to contact Mike at O'Brien Toyota (1-800-622-4746, or email at toyotasales@obrienauto.com). I started my quest for an xB by emailing most of the dealerships in the top half of Indiana. I asked for a quote, including cruise control and all extra expenses like dealer/doc fees. Mike was one of the first to respond to me, and he was the only one to not give me misleading or incorrect information in some fashion. I started emailing Mike almost daily with various questions, and he never failed to respond quickly and cheerfully. Once I visited Mike and had a test drive, I ordered my 2006 Camo xB. Mike did a good job explaining the allocation system to me, and he treated me with respect, patience, and honesty. Six weeks later, I drove off with my new car and a big smile on my face. I can't recommend Mike enough. If you visit him, tell him Rod sent you.

Awesome experience, pressure free environment. People there are great to work with. My salesmans name was Frank Haynes, maybe the nicest (honest) salesman I have ever talked to. Trust me if your interested in a scion stop here first.
