They did not have what I wanted, a Scion xA manual, on the lot but they did order one and got it in within a week. They stayed in contact through email and phone, this was very helpful since they are an hour away. The entire process was pressure free. I'll be back when it's time to replace the other car!

I buy a lot of parts from their parts department, and have always been happy with that side of the dealership. They tried to get the RS1 xB for me, when they debuted, no luck - went to Tuscaloosa for the only one available, which was ok. Went back in September 2005 and bought a 2nd xB- white. Only one available, very limited selection. Paid cash, sale was OK. I seemed to know about 10x more about an xB than sales staff - but xB people have learned that's normal for some reason. The car had nearly 1,000 miles on it at delivery, and could not get a satisfactory answer as to why there was so much "transporting" - that's A LOT of transporting miles! All in all - still happy with the dealer, still do business with them through my shop. I only deduct from them for the slim selection on xB's, the HIGH mileage on a "new" xB and everyone acting surprised that I'd be upset about that. 9 out of 10 stars. I'll go back.

I was the first person to buy a Scion from Palmer's. It was a good buying experience. I would recommend everyone to go there. I have been back a few times looking at tC for the wife and have had alot of help. I have gone to the other dealer here in town, and they were a little more high pressure. I will buy my tC at Palmers for sure.
