Upon first contacting the dealership, they were accommodating from the start. They asked when I was coming in, and made sure they had a test car (with stick) available before I came in. They only had 4 xBs on the lot, but they had a stick in one of the colors I wanted. The drive was great and when I asked to start the purchase procedure, they offered to check their financing, but admitted they probably couldn't beat my credit union I had already been preapproved through. They didn't have the security system in stock, but did introduce me to who would be getting it, and when it came in, they were really nice about getting it in and out quickly. The dealership was never pushy and was really friendly.
