This is a very knowledgeable dealer with a very nice parts & service department. They have a great selection of in stock parts and vehicles on the lot to look at. I would definitely recommend this dealership over the other dealer in town.

I was really happy with the purchase of my scion at Performance in Memphis. I must say the process was a little slow, but overall not too bad. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly but the finance person, Kainoa Baldonado was the best. He made the worst part of getting a new car (paying for it) the best part. He was friendly, funny, enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with.

Didn't have the xB I wanted but it was in transit. The staff was helpful when they could be found. Spent alot of time sitting and waiting to give them my money. They do offer to install Cruise control for a almost decent price which was a must for me. I got the 6 disc CD changer but no manual for it so some of the features I needed to learn for myself through trial and error.
Overall I'd say a pretty decent place and not too overbearing compared to some places. It's primarily a Toyota place and it shows in their attitude I think.

I did not buy from them although I would have if they would have had the right car. They are closer to my house than the other dealership in town, but they did not have what I was looking for. I originally was disappointed with the way things were handled, but what they explained everything about the process, I really enjoyed being out there. I would buy from them if they have waht you are looking for.

read the numbers... I did buy from Performance although not the easiest transaction I have ever made...had to spend way too much time to buy with "cash".

I love Performance Scion it has the best looking dealership in Memphis. Covington Pike tried to through in some extras but I was just awestruck but the geniune effort that kainoa put forth to help me purchase my TC

I've had a really bad experience with Performance Scion of Memphis and would HIGHLY suggest that no one purchase a Scion from them.
