I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2008 Scion tC. Starting with staff... they were very friendly and very knowledgeable about my car and very happy to answer my questions. My salesperson Jaime Merlo was very professional. He even pulled my vehicle inside out of the cold for me to test drive which was very impressive. I picked my car up after the purchase and the car was sparkly clean with a full tank of gas and finished off with a Congratulations sign thanking me for the business so if you ask me if I have had a good experience with this purchase I would have to give this a five star. so Thank you to Jaime and the dealership staff. I am now a proud owner.

Wow what can I say i went to two different dealerships and this one helped me pick out my perfect Scion. I feel that they were very knowledgeable and very courteous. Even though they played a great trick on me along with my dad to present my new car to me, i forgave them because they sold my dad on the car i really wanted. If it weren't for the helpful staff, I probably would not own a Scion today. Along with everything else, i loved their facility. It was well taken care of and very presentable. Thanks

I visited the dealership on september 30 just checking things out. I had been looking at a few different cars that i was interested in. I had looked at the Acura RSX's, TL's and TSX. The biggest thing that sold me about the TC was that i could basically make the car how i want it. Different Stereo, exhaust, intake and so on. While i was at the dealership is was help by Jamie Merlo who was very helpful. He showed me the website where i could build me TC with all the extras i wanted how much it would cost me. He was not at all pushy about buying and didn't talk to me like a salesman, more like another guy just talking about cars which was a big change from the other dealerships i had been too. I was very satisfied and i ended up purchasing me car the same day. Overall it was a very pleasant experience that i would refer anyone to.

I built my car online at scion.com. Chuck Butler from Performance Scion of Cincinnati was the only one to call. I went into Performance Scion not knowing what to expect. We talked for a few minutes, getting an idea of what I was looking for. I left there with an idea of payments and what kind of tC I wanted. Iame back a week later to hammer out final details. I left later that day with a car even better than I had hoped for. They had great customer service and very knowledgeable staff.

My experience at Performance Scion was amazing and painless thanks to the help from Chuck Butler. When I went to purchase my Scion I was in dire need of a car since my last one literally blew up. I checked out Kings Scion and a few other dealerships and was very disappointed with the service and the lack of understanding of the cars by the staff.
This was not the case when I met Chuck, from the first time I walked in the door he was answering any question I had. Customization was quick and easy and I walked out the door with a quote on the customized xA I wanted. The next day I came in and finalized the purchase. Great customer service all around, I could tell Chuck enjoyed his job and loved what he was doing.

After researching Scions for a while, I decided the xA was my style of car, and set up a time to take a test drive. I met Jason Morgan, who is a younger gentleman and the man (perfect for selling these cars). I arrived and a few minutes later I was test driving an xA. No haggle pricing made it easy for me to get a great deal and after we reached an agreement on my trade in (they offered QUITE A BIT more than Kings Scion - FYI) I worked out all the options I wanted and Jason put it together for me.
I hate pushy dealership atmospheres, and I didn't get that here. Jason is a great guy and really had my best interest in mind. He walked me through each step and made sure everything was clear and that I was comfortable. I would definitely buy another car from Performance Scion.
I really recommend this Scion dealership and Jason Morgan for a great car-buying experience!

Jason the sales person was great when I bought a 2005 XA. But having it rustproofed has been a nightmare. The wheel wells of the car are not supposed to be rustproofed due to a special sealant toyota puts on at the factory. It wont adhere and is dripping the stuff off. When it rains it ends up all over my white paint. Dealer is not being helpful. I went to another dealer and asked about this and they gave me a bulletin from toyota that states it should not be undercoated in the wheel wells. I am in a real battle with the General Manager and owner now. Looks as though this is going to be settled in court.
Beware of them. As stated Jason was great but management does not stand behind the service. I has been a disaster. Would not recommend them for service.

Our buying experience was great!! No grizzly old dudes with tweed jackets were involved. Everything was upfront and easy. We love our xB!! We would definately go back and recommend them to anyone looking for a good way to buy a great car.

We purchased our 2005 Scion Xa from Performance Scion on Nov. 5th, '04.
Jason and Justyn from Performance were very easy to work with - they were warm and friendly. They made the car buying experience very simple. They were able to accommodate all our requests with ease.
My wife and I would recommend Performance Scion dealership to anybody looking to buy a Scion!

Good to work with didn't care that I was a young kid was just interested on what I had to say. Selling process was good a few mistakes but hey I was the first delivery so I won't complain too much. Overall was very pleased with my purchase and the way it was handled. Thanks Jason

Great people. Young staff felt good 2 work with someone my age. They didnt push me into buying. Just did what i told them 2 do.
