I looked at there inventory and was less than impressed. then while i was buying my car from tom scott, i received a call from one of their dealers (internet hit). I told him where i was and he immediately started to bash the dealership i was at. i told tom scott of this and they said they would be more than happy to hold my car for me if i wanted to go look over there and see what they would give me on my trade in... needless to say, i was there once, that was enough. so i bought my car and have been nothing but happy with tom scott and i would never recommend this dealership to anyone.... peterson does not understand customer relations at all and they're giving out a terrible rep!!!

I was looking for a silver tc coupe in a 5 speed. The staff at Petersons were complete Jerks and were very unhelpfull. The tried pushing the purple one they had and made me very very unhappy. Scion should pull their contract. I almost did NOT buy a scion just because of dealing with Petersons. They claimed that if i wanted a silver one that it would take 6 weeks. To make a long story short, I ended up at Hometown Scion in Ontario Oregan.....and within 5 minutes they had 6 cars located and promised to have the one of my choosing by the weekend. Petersons is a bunch of lousy crooks. My recommendation is to make the 45 minute drive and get the customer service. Also, some of the accessory prices for hometown motors is better than posted on the scion site.....and yes...if they are going to have an extra charge on the install it will say on the site..Peace and God Bless

I knew more about the cars than they did, and I was a new buyer, they knew nothing about the options I could get on my xb, let alone how much they cost, they kept refering to the website, and they did not even know how to work the site. They kept telling me that they needed to tack on extra fees to get the things installed, and I had to point out that it did not say that there needed to be any extra charges, and that if there were extra charges, it would say so. The show room had NO flyers, the desks were a mess, the floors were filthy, and there was NO ONE who new anything about scions at all, except how much they cost. Do not go to Peterson Scion.
