Went in to get a new xB and didn't need any financing but they were pushy to get me to go thru them. Promised my car would have everything on it when I asked when it as picked up. The car wasn't completed. Service dept didn't care, sales manager didn't care. Salesman was sick so he didn't know what was all going on. I found all the parts at other dealers that were close and they didn't feel it was necessary to get them from them. Instead I had to come up a week later to have things finished. Then got a call saying there were problems with the parts that came in. They never ever checked the parts when they had them for a week. It wouldn't of been so bad if i lived around the corner from them but i live a hour and a half. They weren't friendly at all.

The staff seemed generally fuzzy on the details and uncomfortable with some of our demands (no credit check, paperwork retention, no test drive, payment with cashier's check). Salesman promised to have a Black Sand on the lot in two days, and did not deliver on his promise. We were given our depost back after several phone calls asking what they could do to "keep our business". My wife was extremely upset with them, but I think the staff handled themselves very professionally, even after they knew that their sale was lost. I'm sure that this dealership is nice to do business with, but I would go in there with a little extra knowledge, and resolve to hold them to their word.
