Drove out there after leaving Scion of Riverside and was happily greeted by a very good looking saleswoman... probably the same one Josh was talking about. Stated my budget, what I wanted, and had a very good time trying to find something that worked for me.

Drove out there in search of a Shadow Mica xB with NO upgrades (hard to find at most dealers)
The saleswoman was VERY nice and very good looking! They didn't have the car I wanted right away but they did have one that was special ordered by someone with no upgrades. Apparently the person who ordered the xB never came back for it for weeks and weeks so they so said I can have the car. They treated me like family, gave me more money than any other dealer offered me for my trade in and was an overall awesome buying experience. I was very happy.

Let's start with Eric Payne, fleet manager. He was terriffic! We listed our budget and what we wanted and he provided us all types of options. He was very straight forward and honest. If something will help concrete a sale, just ask and he'll provide.
Parts department was great too, providing un-asked for discounts when available.
I've had my Scion serviced there 3 times. You must ask for the 5/30W oil otherwise they use 10/30. They're about average here. I asked for a car-wash in advance and they didn't do it til I showed up to pick up my car making me wait. Any work done comes with the service tech explaining what was done to resolve the issue. Very nice.
Amenities include free popcorn, TV, water dispenser, and sometimes a bounce-house for the kids.

This place takes care of you from start to finish. Everything is top notch here. Not only is the service great when you buy the car, but the after care is the best i have dealt with. The service department makes every effort to take care of you on a personal basis.
