This was my first time buying a new car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I went on March 10 and bought a salsa red xB. I absolutely love it!! Lloyd was was extremely helpful.He made it his top priority that I leave there with my xB as quick as possible. He knows his stuff. I would totally recommend that anyone go and buy a Scion from Llyod at Quality.Thanks Lloyd!! I'm in love with my xB!!!

Picked the shadowbox almost a year ago now, one of greatest days of my life was the joy of picking up the shiny new box have close to 15,000 now and no problems had the best experience with Llyod. Still love the box and always will.
I will come back to buy the next generation xB.

Picked up 2nd xB on February 13th. I dealt with Lloyd again, and it was possibly the greatest experience i had buying my 1st car, a 2006 salsa red pearl xB. I went to the dealership to pick up the car and there it was right on the showroom floor, next to a salsa red pearl Tundra.
I highly recommend the dealership in total.

I bought myself a 2007 tC from these guys and I had a wonderful experience. This is my first brand new car and I enjoyed getting it. Rory, the salesman who helped me, was very knowledgeable about the car I got and was very good as a customer serviceman. They had all the information about the car all over the place, in many brochures and information packets. Overall I say they were great and I'm very glad that I got my Scion through them. Having good, but not excellent, credit I was able to finance through Toyota because they now have their own bank. Because I financed through them, they through in many many warranties, including free oil changes, tire changes, tire rotations, free service maintenance, and GAP insurance. I thank them very much for a job well done!
Occasionally we as consumers come across a PLEASANT buying experience. This is exactly what we had with our Quality Imports represenative Rory. With the utmost professionalism and product knowledge, Rory led us through the Scion experience. Rory was up front with us about where we stood and our options. Rory is the type of salesperson that business owners can depend on to create life long repeat customers. We are thoroughly impressed with our xB and feel like part of a really cool group of fellow xBers. We hope to be in the area when we are in the market for another car so we can deal with Rory again. Scions rock...
Very high-pressure, for a Scion dealer. One salesman (Armando) was a great guy, but when I dealt with a Scion specialist (PK), he was very rude and disrespectful. PK gave me attitude for the whole test drive, and then had the nerve to attempt to put me $5000 upside-down on my trade-in, when I had the NADA trade-in value in my pocket (which was also what I owed)! Also, this dealership is notoriously bad with trade-ins... if you do not have a Scion or Toyota to trade, forget it - you'll probably lose your ass on your trade if you let them low-ball you. The facility there is about what you'd expect from a Toyota dealership. Also, none of the salespeople knew a whole lot about Scions. Only one guy really had his act together. All in all, not much of a dealership... I just went home on leave to buy my Scion.

Very good experience.Probably what Scion was looking for in finding their Scion Dealerships.
The Scion reps where very nice and seemed to know their stuff.
As far as the other salesmen of the place,well,I can say they gave me all the care in the world until they found out I was buying from Lloyd.Then it was like,I didnt exist.One even let the door shut in my face on the way in.He was one that had hit on me before about a car.
When my Xb came in,Lloyd had it in the showroom for all to drool over!
That made me feel special.It was in perfect shape.believe me I looked her over!He knows how picky I am!
He's a nice guy and knows the Scion line.
I would recommend dealing with him when looking to buy a Scion in this area.After all,I have sent 2 people to him that bought Scions!
I would do it all over again!
