The first time I went to the dealership was to test drive a Scion xB. The salesman was very nice and showed me how to work just about everything on the xB. So I left already knowing that a 2006 Scion xB would be mine. Three weeks later I return. I told the salesman I was ready to order my 2006 Camouflage Metallic Scion xB. He checked off all of the add-ons I wanted, printed a quote out for me, and checked my credit. I got approved. All I now had to do was wait for my xB to come in. Let me tell you the waiting was horrible. Well, Hurricane Katrina hits. After the storm has finally vanished I get a call saying that I need to come get my xB. The salesman that helped me that day wasn't in the nicest of moods, but I think he was stressed out about the hurricane, so no big deal.
I must say Ray Brandt Scion is one of the best dealerships I have encountered. I have been back since I received my xB to get parts and they are extemely helpful. Plus, their new location looks great.

After a bad experience at Lakeside Scion, I came here. I was pleased to find that the vibe in Ray Brandt was so much better. When I told the salesperson that I needed price info on a 2006 xB faxed to my bank, she didn't give me a problem. My bank wasn't able to finance the entire thing, so she suggested that I go home and talk to my fiance about Toyota's financing, and to call her if we were going to come back. At no point did I feel pressured or pushed to do anything. We returned the next day with an application, and even though she was busy, another great salesperson helped us. A couple of hours later, they got us a lower rate than our bank, and kept the payments within our budgeted limit. We drove off the lot with a 2006 Scion xB. I'll recommend Ray Brandt to anyone who needs a car...whether it's a Scion, Toyota, or a used vehicle!
I bought my 2006 Polar White xB from Ray Brandt. My sales rep was awesome and knowledgeable about the car. Right away he sat us down and offered drinks and brochures about the cars. Very good attitudes and very nice people. They had about 10 xB's, two tC's, and two xA's so the stock seemed more aimed at xB sales. Overall the experience was the greatest I've ever had at any car dealership. Go Ray Brandt!

We recently bought a 2005 Xb from this dealer and were very happy with the experience. Sales staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Our original contact was with their Internet sales department, which promptly responded to our queries and followed up with low pressure telephone calls. Very nice people! They also had a "demo" Xb that a friend of ours who writes the car column for the local paper had driven by a couple of months ago and shown us, which got us thinking about Scions in the first place. Good idea :)
