These people are awesome. My dealer was Dwayne O'Riley, and this guy was fun. We took a Scion tC Special Edition automatic out for a test drive, was able to take it around narrow corners at ~60mph and test the braking out quite thoroughly. I was quite impressed with them not bitching at me for doing this to a car, even more impressed when it was completely non-pressure. I paid the down-payment on the spot and now I'm just waiting for it to come in.
I highly recommend this dealership! By far they were the best dealership experience I've had, which is saying something since I went to the dealership in Huntsville, AL; Marietta, GA; Stone Mountain, GA; and Atlanta, GA. By far the best.

I went there with a trade and was upside down 1000.00 dollars. They gave me a rebate for 500.00 and absorbed the other 500.00. Great customer service and always asking if they can do more. Gave me 3 full tanks of gas and 6 oil changes. If you want a scion, this is the place to go.

I bought my xB about 3 weeks ago. After battling for a good trade-in amount (fixed pricing sucks) we finaly worked a deal. I didn't want to go with Reinhardt at first, but I am glad I did. First off there is NO DOC FEE! This is a savings alone of $500 +- (GA,AL,FL,TN,MS,LA Take note. Not a far drive to save some bucks or help to absorb some trade in loss). Second: the guys are Extremely Cool. Never have I been so at ease spending that much money. I felt like giving them an extra $100 just because (Yeah Rite). Third: MILITARY GETS AN EXTRA $500 OFF. OMG Thats $1000.00 Cheaper than ANY OTHER DEALER. Fourth: The pricing on SCION.COM is wrong and adds around $499 to the price without showing it. So if you go to the dealership and give them a workup from SCION.COM with their figuring, you might of overpaid. Reinhardt told me about this "FEE" and saved me an additional $499. Your dealership might not have told you about this "fee" and kept it hidden from you and put it in their pocket. I can tell you 1 thing: I will always buy my cars from Reinhardt. I know I sound like a salesman for them, but I have bought many cars in my life and this was pretty much the coolest. It started off pretty rocky, but ended pretty SWEET!
