I was very pleased with my experience at Reliable Scion and with Scott Horberg. I was greeted promptly and professionally. Scott attended to every need, request ans question I had. I purchased my 08 xB from Scott and the crew at Reliable and will continue to do business there as long as I'm in the area. I've recommended many friends and acquaintances to the dealership and Scott. Even after the sale, Scott has been there for me for things like service appointments and just to follow up to make sure I remain pleased with my purchase. I have read some of the other posts on here especially the one from David Davis...I don't believe a word he has said! Its absurd to say the least!
I'm giving props to Scott and the staff at Reliable Scion for a satisfying purchase and service after the sale!Thanks for helping me get the xB that I've always wanted. It turns heads everywhere it goes!

The guys @ Reliable Scion were great to work with even the paperwork process wasn't very time consuming. They made the whole car buying experience easy and they follow up regularly. I would definitely buy from this dealership again

I found Scott Horberg to be overbearing and arrogant. He treated me like a child when I didn't agree with something he had to say. He acts as if he's God's gift to the world. About a week after I became fed up with his crap, he called me numerous times concerning buying a Scion. Guess he couldn't realize that No means NO. He made it clear that he's the Scion Champion and the only person authorized to sell Scions at Reliable Toyota. With that knowledge, I won't be purchasing a Scion. Too bad to since they seem like dependable vehicles.

Truthfully it's not been the best experience that I've ever had. Wouldn't want to go through this amount of trouble again. With that said, Scott and everyone at the dealership have done everything that they can to make things good, so I can say that. Hopefully this will all work out.

Reliable is great, Scott is great! Great place to buy a car. No pressure and a laid back atmosphere. I gave my first two chances to Landers... sorry Scott. I finally went north to Reliable Super Store in Springfield Mo. It was nice talking to a sales person who knew more about Scions than I did.
I'll be back later this week to pick up my fourth xB, second from Scott. I know we'll have a great time. No, that's not weird. It's possible to enjoy buying a new car. A Scion from Scott.
OK, you said I'd get the free floor mats, and some pens for my kids if I gave you a good review. How's that?.
Just kidding.
By the way I drive 3 hours to go to Reliable, with Landers in my back yard. It's worth the trip!!

Well, I just bought an '06 Flint Mica xA for my wife. Still, I can't say enough about how easy the buying process is at Reliable Scion. From beginning to end the staff is second to none when it comes to class, respect, and knowledge. Thanks again to Scott Horberg for being a Scion Champion and the best darn sales consultant I've worked with.

Scott Horberg is hands down the best car salesperson we have ever had! We immediately fell in love with our Scion xB release series! Not only was he knowledgeable, but I knew we could trust his opinion, since he owns an xB. We have had our xB since April, and are still completely in love with it! This is the only vehicle we have ever owned where we actually fight to drive it! Thank you to Scott Horberg (and Brian Scroggs in Finance). The next time we are in the market for a new vehicle, there is no doubt where we will go to purchase one!

My experience with Reliable Scion was much better than expected. My wife and I went in just to look at a xB, we loved it so much, and was treated so well by the staff there that we brought ours home that day. It was probably one of the smartest purchases that we have made. Especially with the cost of gas now days. Our kids also love it. I will definitely be back to Reliable Scion for my next purchase. Thanks for everything.

Scott Horberg was very relaxed and eager to find out what made me happy in wanting a car that I needed. Having a trust worthy and laid back salesman is that everybody looks for when buying a car. I'm a proud owner of a 2005 Scion tC. The feel and smoothness is ireplaceable for anyone owning a new Scion. Having fun is that makes people happy especially for a twenty two year old. And anybody thinking of wanting a fun confortable ride with many different options especially with someone you can trust and rely on, call Scott at Reliable!!
From my first look in August, until I was ready to buy the xB and drive it off the lot today, the guys at Reliable Scion were absolutely friendly, knowledgable and courteous.
After dealing with another (non-Scion) dealership in town for my last car, I had considered driving to St Louis or Kansas City to deal with a "big city" dealership, but decided to give Reliable a chance because they are close to my work. I must say this was a great decision. From salesman, to finance, to service, I was treated as if I were an "MVP". Everything was detailed and explained perfectly, allowing me to make my own decisions for protection plans and such... it wasn't just assumed that I would buy it. Any questions I had were answer promptly and professionally.
Overall, the buying experience was great. I will definitely be back at Reliable Superstore for my next vehicle purchase.
My only complaint about the whole experience is that I waited so long to buy my Scion.
The experience at Reliable Scion is by far the best I have had at any auto dealership. Knowledgeable & courteous staff, great atmosphere, and what I feel is the most important character of Reliable Scion is the fact that the Scion sales staff doesn't treat you like a "sale" they treat you like a "customer".
People don't go to car dealers to be "sold" a car, they go there to "buy" a car and Reliable Scion understands the difference.
Congrats, to Reliable Scion for being a great customer-oriented dealership.

The folks @ Reliable were great to work with. Easiest car buy I've ever made.
No pressure. No hassle. Didn't push too hard on service plans, etc. I went ahead with the 7 yr/100,000 mile plan.
They've called 3 times now just to make sure we're happy. I'd do it all over again.
