My experience at Reno Scion was pleasant and VERY easy! Josh was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to deal with. If and when I buy a new car I'm going back to see Josh. Also I will definitely be referring everyone I know to Josh at Reno Scion.

I recently purchased a white tC from Reno Scion, which was the best buying experience I have ever had. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful in many ways, went in looking for white tC, had exactly what I was looking for, salesman were very low pressure. I was NOT looking forward to buying a car when we went to Scion. I had just bought a car at another dealership and was not at all happy with that dealer. But we needed another car and we were looking for a Toyota Yaris. After the Carson dealer led us on for more than a month and the Reno dealership was also hassling us, we happened to stroll over to the Scion side of the lot. Originally we thought the xA would cost too much, but after looking at all the included features and driving it; we found out how much it was and we were astonished at how good the price was. We talked with Josh and got exactly what we wanted. My husband had worked with Josh before and he (Josh) lived up to our previous experience with him, and then some! :-) I am SO happy with our xA, we plan to get a 2nd one when our other car dies. I don't hate having to take the car in for an oil change because I can just call up and either Josh, Travis or Ashton will make an appointment for me. I LOVE Scion! :-)

I came into Reno Scion and was greeted by Josh who was an excellent salesman. Meeted all my needs. It was a great experience of purchasing a car. I bought a 2007 Scion tC and Josh was really open and honest about the whole process. Ill never buy another car unless Josh Fullen is my salesman. My mom is currently looking for a car and Josh is helping her out with that process. I recommend Josh at Reno Scion to all my friends.

I WENT TO RENO SCION LOOKING FOR A CAR. JOSH WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL AND DID NOT PRESSURE ME INTO A CAR SO THAT I BECAME ANOTHER NUMBER. THAT WAS VERY NICE BECAUSE I'M 19 AND I DIDN'T WANT TO BUY SOMETHING I DIDN'T LIKE. MOST CAR LOTS LOOK AT THE YOUNG LIKE THEY CAN'T AFFORD ANYTHING SO WHY SHOULD I TALK TO THEM. JOSH WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL I LIKED THAT SO I BOUGHT A TC. JOSH SHOWED ME EVERYTHING IN THE CAR AND ABOUT IT, HE EVEN GAVE ME HIS NUMBER AND SAID IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS DON'T THINK TWICE JUST GIVE ME A CALL. I have had the best experience in dealing with Scion. Beginning two years ago when I met my salesman Josh I have been treated as a VIP customer; including, Josh and Ashton going above and beyond in answering any questions or helping me with any of even the most minute situations. Buying my Scion tC was a wonderful experience, I loved the no pressure tactics and the straight forward pricing. I speak very highly of Reno Scion and its employees (especially Josh and Ashton) and would recommend it to any and everyone :)

I bought a car from Josh at Reno Scion in August of 2005. He did great customer service and showed me exactly what options my car has. He went over everything in detail. Everytime I call if I have a problem he gets to the bottom of it and gets back to be as soon as he can. They are awesome at Reno Scion!!!

My wife and I were shopping around for a new car for myself and I wanted absolutly nothing to do with it. I have never had a good experience with car saleman service departmnts none of it. Josh Ashton and Travis made it actually enjoyable. They were there whenever we needed answers to any questions, always polite and professional. We came to the conclusion that we where going to get my car from them. Two weeks later we bought another now we have his and hers xB's.
Hi, my name is Savannah and i have purchased two xAs from Josh and Ashton, and they are wonderfull very inviting and fun, I enjoy coming here just to see them. My first xA unfortunatly was hit and totalled and Josh and Ashton took very good care of me the entire time that I didnt have a car they made sure that the insurance company gave me the right price for it. After I received my refund they right away got me another car. I reccomend them to all of my friends, and family and anyone that will hear it, I will probably buy my next car from them becuase they rock!!!!

My experience at Reno Toyota Scion was the best experience I ever had. I wasn't expecting to get anything but Josh Fullen was very patient and knowledgeable and explained everything down to the detail. If I asked a question he didn't have to think about it and walk away to ask somebody. He followed through on everything he said he was going to do. I wish all car salesmen were as personable as he was, he showed me options that helped out so much. I will come back and see Josh and Reno Toyota Scion. So thank you so much for the experience
I just want to start by saying that I have never been more impressed by a car dealership than I have with Reno Scion. The staff was incrediable. They are the definition of customer service. These guys are above and beyond any other dealership that I have ever been to. I have bought several different cars from several different dealers and this by far was the best experience my wife and I have ever had. The staff was very knowledgeable and had great attitudes. They answered any question that came to mind while in the process of purchasing our new 2006 xB. We love the xB. It is a great vehicle. I would recommend any one that is looking for a great car buying experience to go to Reno Scion. They are a no preasure, no hassle dealership, so what they say you can take to the bank. No shadiness or telling you what you want to hear to seal the deal. Truely a great experience. They should be the instructors on how to do business at a car dealership. Great job guys. The relationship that Scion has given me and my family has been nothing but pleasurable. At Scion the hospitality and the positive attitude that was given by the dealers was nothing short of thankful, and trusting. These gentlemen expressed deep compassion in my family and compassion in their vehicle as well. I wasn't given the run around, in fact; I was told the truth about how to get this vehicle or any other vehicle at that. I was told the truth about my credit and what I needed to do to improve it. I was given straight facts abut the vehicle and what can be done to it to suit my everyday needs. At Scion the dealers were very accommodating, and upfront, they were friendly and willing to go out and help me purchase my first vehicle. The dealers at Scion have helped my to the extent that I am now in the process in purchasing a second vehicle from them. I am thankful for Scion, and the quality in their vehicles. I was very impressed with josh fullen as a salesman. I recieved exellent service and communacation from him. I love our new xb. I am a fairly large man and the xb fits me to a T. I highly recomend reno scion and especialy josh as a salesman.
My husband and I have been married for 11 years, and have purchased that many new cars. Dealing with Josh, Travis, and Ashton at Reno Scion was by far the easiest car-buying experience we have ever had. We weren't sure at first if the XB would work for us, and Josh was patient and helpful in answering all our questions (which were many!). If he didn't know the information we needed, he would find out and call us back promptly. He was very friendly, even when I called him on his cell phone on his day off. I was thrilled by the no-pressure sales, and felt like a valued customer even when we considered changing our minds and not buying the vehicle. The paperwork process was absolutely stress-free, and Josh was great to work with. I am asked frequently about my XB (which I love) and tell everyone how great Reno Scion is.

My girlfriend and I went to test drive an xB, and ended up leaving with a beautiful new RS 2.0 xB. Ashton Carroll was awesome, very helpful every step of the way. I was a bit upside down on my trade, and my credit is not the best, but he got us into one and kept the payments exactly where we wanted it. He explained everything very throughly, and made the experience an awesome one.
It is worth your time to go check them out. I have never been to a dealership that had a no pressure atmosphere to buy a car right then and there. I felt like they were there to assist us, instead of forcing us into something.

RENO SCION ROCK'S..... My wife and I were in the market for either a new car or a new truck. We settled on getting a car and being wary of car lot vultures. I was suprised to walk on to the lot at Reno Scion and was not pestered for my buisness. Instead Travis and Ashton bent over back wards for us and it was a true no pressure enviroment. They let us test drive all the models we wanted and answered all the questions even the stupid ones. My wife and Liked the whole experiance so much we decided to purchase two Scions my wife picked out the xA and I picked an xB. And Travis worked with us the whole time. He found my wifes car in about 3 hours and mine was already on the lot. Travis worked around both of our work schedules and delivered when we wanted. And that experience gained my trust in the Reno Scion team. Thanks Travis, Ashton and Josh hopefully I can send more business your way.

I bought an xb about 3 months ago and I love it!! It 's a great car and everyone was incredibly helpful. Josh Fuller, the salesperson who sold me my car, was informative and friendly and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Since the first time I came in, he has been patient with all my questions and thus made the experience of buying my first car fun and exciting instead of stressful. And as far as the product, I could not be more pleased. The xb is so roomy and has fantastic visibility.

I have to admit, I wish that in the end I would have bought my Scion from the Reno guys, instead of the Carson guys. Travis in Reno was great about everything (even after I bought mine in Carson, he still called to follow up, to make sure that I liked my purchase!)

A few months ago my fiance and I bought a BSP tC from Scion of Reno. This was my first time buying a new car. Loved the no pressure sales method they use. You see a car you like, they fill you in on what you would to know about the car, let you take a test drive, nothing more. No more of that annoying "What can I do to get you in this car TODAY!!" that the other dealers put you through, no more $3,000 dealer mark-ups like on the mazda 3 that I looked at.
My fiance and I came to Scion of Reno at like 9pm on a friday night hoping to look at the new tC without getting bugged by any car dealers. Ashton Carroll was there still kinda closing the place up, when he saw us looking at the tC he came over and asked us if there was anything he could help us with, I just said that I'd like look at the inside of the car, next thing I know it's like 10:30 and all three of us are sitting in the tC talking, telling stories , and laughing up a storm. Needless to say I bought a tC two weeks later!

This is the first time we have ever purchased a vehicle when we did not feel pressured to do so. Josh Fullen showed us the vehicle, answered all our questions & was very patient with us while we made our decision to buy, not once did we feel pressured or intimidated by him. When the Scion that we ordered came in Josh met us at the airport, gave us a ride to the dealership and set us up with a car to drive until ours was ready to be picked up the next day. This personal attention is something we had never experienced before when buying a car. Our next vehicle will also be a Scion so keep em' coming. We definitely rate this dealership 5 stars all the way around.

I bought my tC last December after looking at several vehicles. Scion offered the best "bang for the buck". I contacted Josh Fullen and he explained all the details of the Scion brand. He showed me the different models, asked what I was looking for in my next vehicle, had a grat knowledge of the products he was offering ans was able to explain Scion's sale process in a down to earth, easy to follow way. As for financing, I was traiding in a vehicle and received a fair deal, PLUS both Josh and Ashton worked to find me the best deal. I even added some upgrades! I am thorougly satisfied with my decision to purchase a Scion and have recommended this to many friends who are looking for a reliable, reasonably priced vehicle. I recommend both Josh and Aston to anyone who would listen and am even considering purshasing a second Scion from them. TWO THUMBS UP to Reno Scion and staff!

When I first contacted Josh Fullen at Reno Scion, I was at the end of my rope. After several months of searching for a flint mica tC in almost all of Northern California and being given every kind of lie and salesman trick in the book, I was through. I had even started to scout out other kinds of cars because I was so dissapointed in the Scion brand. But then I reached out on a limb and called Reno Scion (4 hours away in another state). Having been given the runaround many times before, I was quite curt with Josh on the phone and explained my situation. Long story short, after pulling some strings, Josh had information that evening and a car in ONE week. Why didn't I talk to him earlier? Now I am the world's most satisfied customer and my faith in Scion is restored and bolstered. If you want a Scion tC, don't be lazy. The months of waiting you will save with one long drive to Reno Scion is worth it. This is THE MODEL DEALERSHIP for the Scion brand philosophy on customer service.

My first contact with Reno Scion was through their web site. Joshua Fullen promptly responded the next day. Went into the dealership the following week and met him and his manager, Ashton Carrol. They were both very helpful with my multitude of questions and not once was there pressure to buy anything. They seemed more interested in making sure that if I decided to buy, I was getting what would make me and my wife happy. I already knew that the prices were fixed and they reassured me of that and that Scion(Toyota) monitors their dealerships pretty close to make sure that you get the same deal in all of them when it comes to factory pricing. My 2005 silver streak mica xA, automatic, is $13795 fropm the factory and that I confirmed on all the web sites I could find. I added a dealer installed cruise control for an addional $457 and extended the warranty, bumper to bumper, for 7 years/100,000 miles at $1100. Add the tax, doc. fee, and I wrote them a check for $16699.24 out the door. They had to get my car in the color with auto. I wanted so it took about a 2 weeks. I had bought an after market alarm/remote start for the car before it got here. They had no problem with that and even recommended Kreative Sounds to install it. I spoke with the owner, Efren Gomez, and felt comfortable giving him my business. Joshua went the extra mile and got my cruise AND my alarm installed without me having to do anything but pick up my car. He even followed me back home so I wouldn't have my other car stuck at the dealership. This was the best auto buying experiance I've had. I'm 50 and been driving since 16 so my experiance in new and used car buying is too numerous to list. I've just put 50 miles on my xA and so far I'm all grins.
