I had Kelly Keller back in 2004, there was the usual 2 month wait for my xB to get there but man it was worth it. While working with her, she was very knowledgeable and I felt absolutely no pressure to buy at all, but they gave me more for my yukon than any of the other dealers I had been to. I highly recommend these guys.

My salesman was also Albert Marraro and he was just the man I was looking for. Easy going and treated me really good. Answered all of my questions and really just helped me along with the whole car buying process. It took about 7 days for me to get my car and he even put up with my pacing and dropping by the dealership every other day to see if the car came in. He was GREAT with helping me get the financing too! Make sure you talk to him he will set you in the right direction.

My salesman, Albert Marraro, and he was easy going, no pressure, and seemed to honestly be interested in helping me and getting me what I wanted. The only problem was that it took 1 1/2 months to get my tC. However, I hear that is a common problem with the tC. I do not know how the after-sale service will be, but I have high expectations.
