It was a nice experience to deal with this dealership and I've recommended others to them since. They were also patient with me on removing the system from my trade-in vehicle. Super nice dealer and they were very accommodation to my endless questions and insatiable number gathering requirement to make my final decision.

My husband and I just recently bought a 2005 Scion xB. When we first saw it we thought it was a bit strange looking. After we decided to test drive it we fell in love with it almost immediately. The staff at Rick McGill's was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the entire process of researching, test driving, and purchasing our tC at Rick McGill's. The staff made it an exciting experience for us.

I had a great experience with Rick McGill's Airport Toyota/Scion. The best thing is they educated me about SCION! The folks who work there are knowledgeable and friendly. I had to order my Scion because I wanted one before they had them in our area. Rick McGill's had an XA model in the showroom, which was vital in helping me make a decision to purchase. My salesman, Gene Sharsha, went out of his way to answer all of my questions, and always returned calls or called me when he said he would. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and love their free pick up for servicing and free tire for life program.

Treated me like family. One of the best experiences I've ever had. I will definitely do business with them again. They hadn't added on any expensive options, which other dealerships seem to do. I wanted a completely base model so that I could do my own customizing.

The first time I came in they didn't have what I was looking for. They checked to see what they had coming in and had one of the two colors I was looking for. I was immediately at ease with the staff and felt like they were on the up and up with me, unlike the other dealership across town. The fact that they are a smaller dealership actually appealed to me more, because of the family-like atmosphere. I didn't wind up buying at that time, but told them I would be back.

When I finally made an appointment a couple of months later to come in and work a deal, David, my salesperson, worked with me to make sure that I was comfortable with my trade allowance, explaining the process if I had any questions. Management seemed genuinely concerned with the entire sales experience. David knew that I knew quite a bit about the car already, but made sure to answer any questions I had, and if he wasn't sure of the answer, he made sure to get the answer for me. The fact that they are a smaller dealership means that they don't get the massive amount of inventory that other dealerships can/do, but they had several xA models on the lot and a couple of xBs as well. The relatively small inventory is why I couldn't give them a 10, but I feel that, for their size, a 9 is definitely warranted.

By the time I came back to the dealership I really wasn't concerned with color, as there really isn't a bad color on the xB, but I wanted a manual transmission specifically. They had a BCP (which actually was one of my most wanted colors) and we worked a deal that I am very happy with.

I've bought several cars over the past few years from Toyota, Audi, Dodge, Chevy, Honda, Mazda and Lexus and feel that this is truly one of the best experiences I have had yet. I would recommend David Autry, my salesperson, to anybody looking to buy a Scion in East Tennessee or Western North Carolina.

I bought my xB in S.F. 14 months ago. The 'Check Engine', 'VSC', and 'TRAC OFF' lights came on. After 3 visits they have yet to resolve the problem, claiming, "We just don't know enough about these SCIONs yet." I reminded them that it was essentially a Toyota Echo...
