First i want to start off by saying that the pressure i felt was horrible and i cant believe that Martin was even allowed to sell scions. I went there a few weeks ago and from the moment i walked in i felt belittled. The manager Jim or james was very demeaning and i just felt very uncomfortable. i would never buy or recommend this dealer to anyone

My recent experience with Rinke Toyota and salesman John Turner was very pleasant. John was able to answer most all of my questions and the ones he couldn't , he found out the information and got back with me extremely fast (no guessing or BS !). John was extremely attentive and very respectful of my time. the whole process with Rinke Toyota went very smooth and fast. I have recommended John and Rinke Toyota to my friends and co workers.

I'm very happy with my experience at Rinke . John turner was very helpful and had no problem whatsoever answering all of my questions and concerns. I shopped several Scion dealers in the Detroit metro area and John was by far the most responsive of the bunch. I would, and have, recommend this dealership to my friends and co-workers.

I have to say that the buying experience at Rinke Toyota was one of, if not the best buying experience i have ever had. The friendly sales staff was knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable. The Scion champion (i think thats what he is) let me know about the news letters they send out and all the events that they have planned over the next few months. The whole process was great and i would definitely recommend Rinke Toyota to any of my friends!!!!!!!!!!

Rinke Scion made my first time buying experiance great!! They helped me thru many different payment options. They also had a very helpful staff, and everyone was very nice!

When I walked into the dealership I felt very comfortable with the sales staff and management. Angela sold me a 2007 tC and I fell in love with the Nautica Blue manual that I test drove. I bought it with a lot of accessories and when I came to pick it up they were all on the car and ready for me. I also got 9 months of free Sirius satallite radio that was cool even though I didn't need it. John the Scion sales manager was very informative as he told me about all the things offered at the dealership as well as upcoming events in the future. It was just a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to all my friends.

After I picked up my car from Scion of Troy, I thought that my supercharger was making a funny sound. I live near the dealership so I stopped by to have them take a quick look to make sure it was right. When I went inside to get help “the showroom" I was greeted as I pointed out my car to the sales lady, there was another sales lady outside putting to people into my car for a test drive. I went outside and put a stop to that. I was told to go to service "Jeff" the service helper made it to me after about a 5 minute wait. He told me that they were closing in 15 minutes and there was nothing he could do for me. Then he wanted to know where I got a supercharger for my car and asked to see it. After opening the hood he grabbed the rad hose and the sur. belt and told me that it "looked ok" I left right away. I called my sales guy at Suburban Scion he drove to my house after hours to personally look at my car. So you make you mind up, on what dealer you want....

Rinke Toyota is the place to go if you are looking to purchase any Scion. They have a very good inventory (had 3 xA's, 2 xB's and 3 tC's when I went in) I picked up my New 2006 Polar White xB (they have 1 left in stock now) on Saturday and was very happy with the service of both the sales and finance departments.
If you go in to Rinke Scion ask for Henry, he really knows his stuff when it comes to the different options and gives you no pressure to purchase anything extra.
The finance dept. is excellent too, there is no pressure on extras such as warranty, extra insurance and so forth.
There is a reason why Rinke is top 10 in the Nation for Scion dealerships, go in ask for Henry and take a test drive!

I am very pleased with Rinke Scion. I decided to stop in there because I have been looking for a Scion xB for about a week to no luck outside of having to order from a waiting list. Well Rinke had 2 Scion xB's on the lot as well as 3 xA's and 3 tC's. I was very excited.
I went in at 9am and was very impressed; they have about 1/3 of the dealership dedicated to Scion and have most of the different items you can select on display. Within in a minute of being in Henry, a sales associate, greeted me. He was very friendly and happy to assist with all of my questions. He explained to me that the only reason they had the 2xB's they did is because they came from the Detroit Auto show. After the test drive I was convinced I put down my deposit, selected my options and am picking up the vehicle on Saturday! The process was quick and easy (thanks to "Pure Pricing") they are also giving free Sirius right now too.
There is a reason Rinke is in the top 10. If you go in ask for Henry
I just bought me a new Scion TC and I love it! It was my first time buying myself a brand new car, so I didn't even know a thing about the process of getting one. Ron Gilman was my salesman and he is awesome! He made everything so easy!!! Ron was is such a nice man and went out of his way as much as possible to help me be at ease and get this car. If I have any questions, I just call him up and he is always there to answer them. He even calls you to make sure everything is going okay. Now that is a Salesman!

I Bought a new scion Xb from Rinke Toyota on December 29th. Martin, the sales representative was very helpful and polite. I had no problems with getting the vehicle everyone in the whole buying process and selling process was very informative and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and the new xB is great. The best buying experience I have ever had.
If you go into Rinke and need a sales representative I suggest Martin, due to his easygoing attitude and great personality. To give an example, I left my dog tags hanging on the review mirror of my trade in. Martin gave me a call and said that he would hold them for me. What a great experience.

I recently purchased a tc from Rinke Toyota/Scion and I was very pleased with the service and the way the dealer treated his customer. He gave all the information I wanted on the vehicle and even some extra info. I was very pleased with how smoothly the sale went and how quickly he got my car to me. I love my car and I would recommend this dealer to my family and friends.

I purchased an xB this week at Rinke Toyota/Scion in Centerline, MI. This was my first car purchase in several years (my '89 Toyota truck has 373K miles!). I chose the xB for three reasons: 1) price, 2) mpg, and 3) Toyota product reliability.
I was prepared to be unimpressed with the buying experience (memories of buying a Ford truck years ago). Rinke surprised me. Ron Gilman, the dealer rep, was polite, cheerful and informative. He proved well acquainted with the vehicle, responsive to questions, and in every way helpful to me as his customer. Other staff was also helpful and easy to deal with. There wasn't much inventory to look at -- Scions appear to fly out the door as soon as they're received. At this point, I give Rinke high marks.
After driving the vehicle for just four days, I think I made a wise choice. A couple weeks ago I talked with a guy who was gassing up his wife's xB. He said they both liked the vehicle, and he reported getting 35 mpg. John Laycock

Since I’ve bought all my vehicles from Rinke Toyota all my experiences have been great. The sales representatives always have been great to me and my family. When I purchased my latest of the three vehicles from this dealership I was helped by Diane Boring, and Martin Allos. These two sales reps. were very great to me with the latest purchases I made.

My Sales person Martin was great. He helped me getting out of my old car and got me the car I wanted. I was about to put the order in which would've took 6 to 8 weeks to get the car, when I was willing to wait for but then out of the blue Martin called me and said that I can take delivery on the TC the next day because he had found one for me. The exact color and everything just the way I want it. I was so happy to hear that. Everybody was great there and I thank everyone for their great service. Martin was especially great. I love my car so much and thank you for a great experience at Rinke Toyota.

I had a wonderful experience in buying my first new car at Rinke Toyota. Sales rep Martin Allos was incredibly helpful. I was in my new Scion xb in just two days; simply amazing! Everything went smoothly, from beginning to end. All were very helpful in putting me in a new car, despite my lack of credit and down payment.
And the cool thing is, Martin and I stay in touch (Best of luck on the child on the way!). Good people, good cars.

I fell in love when I saw the TC that my friend bought. So now I own a TC and I love it. It drives so smoothly and quiet. The interior is awesome and I love the Black Cherry Pearl that I picked; it’s perfect. I love my car so much and the service at the dealership was awesome. Thank you.

I needed a new car for work. My mother referred my wife and me to Dennis Barrera at Rinke Toyota, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the buying experience. Dennis was available for questions, knowledgeable about the products, and made every effort to save us Cash! My wife and I decided on an Indigo Ink Pearl tC and I let her drive the blue beast home. Lets just say the thrill of driving the tC lasted long after the car was parked for the night.

After having a horrible experience at another local dealer where I was waiting 2 weeks to get an XB, I called up RinkeScion in complete frustration. Even though they did not have my car on the lot (though they did have a good assortment of XB's, just not my color), Dennis found my vehicle in 30 minutes!!! I had the vehicle the next morning and all the features I wanted were put on very promptly. I even scratched my XB four days after buying it and Dennis fixed it free of charge. I honestly can say Dennis and RinkeScion exceeded my expectations. Dennis was very knowledgable and has a very upbeat positive attitude. What more can i say other than I will refer anyone who is looking for a Toyota to go see Dennis!!!
I shopped two other local Scion dealerships, and wound up with one extremely creepy salesman and another one that clearly knew nothing about the brand. Enter Mike Mueller at Rinke. He was relaxed and willing to adapt to my bizarre schedule and needs. ("I need the right car. Right. Now. Oh yeah, and Kentucky plates. Cool?") Everybody was friendly, the facility was nice and financing was easy. When it was over and I was starstruck by the most dangerously cute vehicle I will ever own, Mike showed me all the little tricks I would have been trying to discover later. They didn't have the color I originally wanted in stock, but were willing to get it.

Very excellent service. My sales person, Mike, gave me no hassle. He was very easy to talk to. I was able to test drive the Scion tC right when I got there. Finance was also very easy and I was able to pickup the car a couple of days later. Very excellent service.

My experience with Rinke Toyota/Scion and salesman Ron Gilman, was an extremely pleasant one from start to finish. Ron was helpful and really seemed to listen to me so that my every need was fulfilled. He answered my messages promptly and really did his best to make sure I was fully satisfied with my brand new 2005 Scion XB. I would recommended Ron and Rinke Toyota/Scion to anyone thinking about buying/leasing any of these unique and wonderful vehicles.
Thanks to salesman Ron Gilman, I am driving a new car, a Scion xA, far sooner than I would have thought possible. The friendly conversations, informative pointing out of my various options when thinking of a newer vehicle than the '93 Tercel I had been driving, and showing me a Scion led me to purchase one within two weeks of that first test drive.

While walking into Rinke Scion, I was quite impressed with the display of products that are available. Having not known what is exactly available for the Scion, the staff was quite helpful in expressing their knowledge about the vehicle. They made my purchase of the vehicle a simple transaction. Another good quality of Rinke Scion is the amount of Scion vehicles in stock ready for personal customization, which is also easily done wtih their vast inventory of aftermarket goods. Overall, the staff was very helpful with my purchase. I am quite pleased.

We really enjoyed the experience we had when purchasing our car at Rinke Toyota. Mr. Ron Gilman was very helpful and very professional when it comes to treating me and my family. He even bought us coke while we were waiting for our car to get ready. I give the inventory level a "6" because there was only one other car available on hand but different color. It was a hot car that's why not much is available on the lot. However, Mr. Gilman end up ordering us one and we did get it within the promised delivery time. My family and I have bought many cars from Rinke Toyota over the years. But this time I try to shop around by going to Suburban Toyota but the customer service was not very good, so I end up coming back to Rinke to buy my car again.

I have been in the market for a new car for quite some time, and when I had seen the Scion xB I was pretty sure that it was the car for me. I went to Rinke Toyota/Scion on a recommendation form my brother, who owns a Rav4 and liked the service that he had recieved there. This being the first time I've ever bought a car I was a bit hesitant, I wasn't sure of what I wanted or really what I needed. My salesmen, Renault Turner, was friendly and helpful, he helped me find the accessories that I liked and was as excited to get me my car, as I was about getting it. He took time to understand my situation and made it easy for me to get my Scion. He informed me that they didn't have the color that I wanted instock but that one was coming in that evening. Some accessories still had to be installed so we organized a pickup time. When I came in to get my xB it was waiting out front in the parking lot. We signed some papers and after a tour of the dealership, Renault took me over to my car and made sure I knew what everything did, then I was on my way. The Rinke Scion team made me feel like I was part of the family, and confident about my purchase. Rinke Scion is definatly a dealership that I would recommend to others.
The staff at Rinke Toyota were all very helpful, greeting me everytime i went with a friendly "hello". Ron Gillman was a very personable salesman and went out of his way as much as possible to convenience me. The purchase of my tC was a great fist time experience at Rinke toyota, and they'll have my business in the future.

My experience at Rinke Toyota was horrendous. They called me after five weeks which later turned into seven to pickup my car. The salesman, who mainly sold Toyota, didn’t know a thing about the accessories. I ordered a 6 disc CD player and the light kit, but only the kit was installed and stopped working after two days. I cancelled my order for the 6 disc and never went back to Rinke since they were constantly wasting my time. I met Marcelino, from Suburban Scion, at the Woodward Dream Cruise. I told him about my experience and he said he would take care of it for me. I made an appointment and the stereo and the kit was installed properly all in one week even though I didn’t buy my car from there. I also met Nick and Hugh who had a broad knowledge of the brand and the accessories. After the ordeal I wished I bought my car from Suburban. They have salesmen who specialize in the Scion brand and are very courteous. An advice for anyone thinking about buying a Scion, all the cars have “pure price” meaning you go to any dealer and you’ll get the exact price. The difference is the service and the quality of salesmen you’ll meet, and quite frankly Rinke Scion ranks poorly in those categories.

To start I test drove a TC at Rinke Toyota and Scion and fell in love with the car. I had difficulty locating the color i wanted. The sales staff was not to helpful in locating my first choice so i went with my second choice. the sales staff had no clue about the car or accesories that i inquired about. the car was delivered to me with a broken gear shifter. this car should have not been delivered. i also ordered a sub woofer and it was installed poorly. On pick up of the car i found an extra part rolling around on my floor i was not happy. i was also told that my part was going to be in in three days it has been three weeks and i had to call to find out it was back ordered. then I met Marcelino Caballa of Suburban Scion and he was so helpful even though I did not buy my car from him so I don't want to discourage anybody from buying a Scion i just recomend you don't go to Rinke Toyota. If you want a Scion TC,XB or XA and you live in the Detroit metro area Suburban Scion is the place to go just ask for Marcelino Caballa.

I never thought shopping for a car (at a dealership nonetheless) could be so pleasant and carefree!! I was in the market for a new car unexpectedly when my car was totalled and I wasn't ecstatic about the my options. As soon as the first tC arrived at the Rinke dealership, Ron gave me a call. After driving it, I knew it was the car for me. Ron's enthusiasm helped turn my unpleasant situation into the best car buying experience I have ever had. My experience with Rinke Toyota and Scion has been extraordinary. Loyd Barnes, a sales rep for Rinke Toyota and Scion went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was informed and satisfited. Moreover, he worked hard to make sure that I got the most for my car buying dollar.
My decision to acquire a Scion XB was filled with uncertainty I had no information on how long it would take to secure one or how much I could realistically expect to pay for one. Mr. Barnes made sure all my questioned were answered. He also worked to make sure that I was able to obtain the modifications I wanted to customize my vehicle to my specifications. Once my XB arrived in the United States Mr. Barnes provided me with frequent informational updates leaving no question when my vehicle would be on the Rinke lot and accessible.
Thanks to Mr. Barnes and the Rinke Toyota Crew this has been the most positive car buying experience of my life. I would and do recommend their services to everyone with a desire to drive this unique vehicle.
