The is the 2nd car I've bought from Rockingham. The buying experience was great, low pressure and many options. I tested around 5 Toyota/Scion's and Chris was excellent in explaining all the differences. They didn't have particular car I wanted, with my options, so they went out and found one from another dealer, no questions, no added fees. I also enjoyed the Scion pricing structure because I hate haggling over price.

I stopped by from time to time when I was looking for a car
for my wife and then myself a year later.
One time I stopped by after hours to look at a Matrix and
Bill Farrah stayed late, unlocked the car and was about to
let us take a test ride but I didn't want to keep him there
after hours.
I remembered this when the time came to look at a TC and
worked with Bill to get my car.
Bill was knowledgeable about the car and was able to get the
exact car I wanted in about 3 days. He also got me a trade in
price about double what I expected on a 14 year old Corolla.
My experience with the service department at Rockingham
was great too.
If you are in the Northern Mass/Southern NH area, I recommend
and are looking at Sions or Toyotas, I recommend you stop
by Rockingham.

I visited a few times before making my final decision, but my salesman, Bill F. always welcomed me at the door and was willing to sit and discuss the options. I picked a car they didn't have, but they had it within 2 days, I was surprised it was this quick, I thought for sure it would be a week. I have experience with Rockingham over the years with Dodge and then Toyota, and they continue to live up to their reputation. The Scion is a great car, and I'm looking forward to many miles of enjoyment.

Kudos to Bob, Eddie, Jerry and Ki. All three were very helpful and friendly. I had intended to buy a Toyota when I went there but Bob (saleman) suggested I test drive the Scion xD since it had all that I was looking for in a new car. I loved it immediately and bought it. My wife and I went in to look at some Toyota. We were petty sure what car we wanted. While we were talking it over what was importance to us .Bill Farrah our salesman took us over to look at a Scion XB . We went for a ride and liked how the car handle and it came with most of the features we wanted . This car has lots of run and the rear seats are very comfortable.The thing that really sold us was how the car is priced.This made for enjoyable deal. Superlatives describe my enjoyable car buying experience with Rockingham Toyota. My salesman was Gene Gavriluk. exceedingly pleasant, and easy going. knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I wanted a small, non-traditional looking and upbeat car. Initially went in to see the Yaris, but was smitten with the Scion xD. I saw "my" car the first day but needed to sell my current one. Gene checked in with me a couple of times and when I got a buyer and deposit for my car (within a month), I went and put a deposit on my new Scion xD. The financial aspects were handled with "Key" who was well informed, straight-forward and very easy to work with, explaining the available options and additional warranties without high pressure, unlike prior car buying experiences. Kudo's to Rockingham Toyota for an outstanding team and I will gladly recommend it to any and all who ask my advice. I love my Scion. It is fun to drive and already has 200 miles. Thanks guys!

I purchased my first car, a 2008 Scion xB from Rockingham. Service people were friendly and I enjoyed the process of buying a car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other customers, especially first time buyers.
As a brand loyal Honda owner for over 22 years, I was just about ready to purchase a sixth Honda, a 2008 2WD Element, when I went to the Scion.com web site, which offered a comparison between the Element and the Scion xB. I was surprised to see the Scion xB had the features I wanted at a price substantially less than the Element so I stopped by the Rockingham Scion dealership and was met by a salesman, Bill Farrah, who showed me the 2008 xB. A short test drive convinced me and the next day I drove home with my new car.
The buying experience was very positive. Superlatives go to the 3 people I dealt with at Rockingham Scion - Bill Farrah, the salesman - Jerry Malone, the sales manager and Richard, the "finance guy". Rockingham Scion will be the first (and probably the last) place I go to buy my next car. And, by the way, I noticed they are a Toyota dealer, too.
If you're thinking of a Scion (or Toyota), drop by Rockingham Scion. You won't be disappointed.

I bought a Scion Tc here and my experience was great. My salesperson Franklin, and he was by far the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. He assured me it was possible to buy a new reliable car after I was denied every where else. He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and didn't try to convince me I'd be better off with something else. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who plans to come to rockingham.

My 2008 xB is the first new car I've owned, and after hearing about various local dealerships, I decided to go a little out of my way to shop at Rockingham Scion. What a great experience! I had my car with lots of assistance, no hard sell, and better financing than expected, all within a few days! How special they made me feel when they told me I was the first customer in New England for the new model- I'm so happy I bought my xB at Rockingham Scion! I bought my SCION tC from Steve Sousa about 1 month ago and I have to say I have never been treated better during a car buying experience than this time! Who can say they actually had fun during the whole buying process!! Sales process was hassle free. The sales manager was very attentive and helpful. I had to wait longer than I was originally told to finally pick up my car and getting a hold of someone was often difficult. I'd leave messages and have to keep trying to get a sales person. My car looks nice, although I have to come back next week to get a part installed that they did not have. Can't wait to get my car on the road...

My experience at Rockingham Toyota was incredible. Everyone was smiling from the minute I walked in the door.
The salesman that helped me through the process was Alex Baker. He was one of a kind. Though he was visibly sick he still took the time to go over every feature of the Scion I purchased. I felt no pressure from anyone I talked to and he even worked with me to show me the different options I had, explaining the benefits of both buying and leasing, giving me the best chance to make an informed decision. After showing me the car, he went over, in detail, my warranty and lo-jack information. He then took the time to answer all of the questions I had. His knowledge of his products was beyond my expectations.
Since my credit needed to be reviewed in order to give me my finance options, I was eager to learn where I stood. Again all the questions I had were answered in a knowledgeable and courteous manner. This was my first purchase of a new car and I would recommed Rockingham to anyone!

My experience at the Rockingham Toyota and Scion Dealership, in Salem, NH, could not have been any better. For my first car I wanted to buy either a Scion tC or a Honda Civic Si, but because I got Steve Sousa as my salesman I went with the tC. I mean Steve showed me everthing about the car, from the powerful 160 hp engine to the first aid kit in the glovebox compartment. When I went to the Honda dealership I knew no more about the Si when I left then when I first walked in. Ultimately, the reason I bought my tC, even though it has less HP than the Civic, was because I had a phenominal sales person. I would recommend Steve and the whole Rockingham Toyota and Scion to any one whose considering purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Mark was great! I went to the dealership hoping to get into a used car (I was very upside down in my old car). I left Rockingham Toyata with a brand new Scion xB and very little difference in my car payments. This vehicle is much easier to access with a baby car seat and stroller. I have only had the car for 1 week but so far, I love it.

I had a great car buying experience at Rockingham Toyota. The staff was very low pressure and treats you as they would their own family members. They spend a lot of time explaining all of the options to you and letting you feel comfortable with the decision you are making. I do not have a single complaint or regret from my buying and purchasing experience at this dealership.
I would like to especially point out members I found extremely helpful in the process:
Alex - He was a very patient and helpful salesperson who definately went the extra mile to help you. He made carbuying a fun experience which was a first for me.
Dave - An extremely helpful and knowledgable sales manager and he made the whole process go smoothly.
Steve - The best finance manager I have dealt with. He was upfront, honest, and laid out all of the options for you clearly and easily with no pressure to make decisions.

I also told him that we went to other dealers all over New Hampshire. He said we must already know about the pricing and he could not do anything about that, that is the bottom price. Well, I told him I wasn't there to find the lowest price but rather to find out all about his dealership. After talking for a while I decided to place my order with Rockingham Salem Scion. They were very friendly, no pressure to buy, and cared about me as a customer instead of a sale.
The other person I wish to make known that helped me very much was Alex's boss. When Mr. Jerry Malone the sales manager himself said hello I knew this was the right place to buy. If I could I would buy two xB's if I had the money and I really meant it.

I just purchased a Scion tC and could not be any more pleased. The quality and value of this ride is unmatched. Our sales consultant , Bill Farrah, was just outstanding to deal with. We were unsure of what we were looking for in a new car, Billy stepped up and suggested Scion, and I am so glad he did. He earned my trust instantly. His calm, caring sales approach coupled with his charming personality are truly an asset to the Scion family. What I liked most was his extensive knowledge of the vehicle and the comfort level I felt while dealing with Bill. About a week ago I walked into Rockingham Toyota and salesman Alex Baker approached me. I was not sure what I was wanted in a new car. Alex said not a problem and we spent about 6 hours with me exploring options and test driving cars until I found a car I was comfortable in. He was very knowledgeable, nice, and I felt zero pressure or obligation. He stayed with me and helped me out the whole time, not running between me and another customer like I have dealt with at other dealerships. When I found the Scion tC I was interested in he told me to take some time and think about it and decide if it's the car I really wanted. To me thats being honest and professional and taking care of a customer on top of the service. I love my Scion tC. The price was right for the car. It drives nice. I'm driving in style. My buying experience from Alex and Rockingham Toyota was superior to excellent

I purchased the release 3.0 "Envy Green" from Alex Baker.
He is knowledgeable, low pressure, and high "touch" - he remembers you, learns about you, and cares about your experience. There is no better salesperson out there - and this statement comes from a 53 year old "codger" who has been haunted by bad car dealer issues for decades!!!!
"Energizer Bunny" - ? I don't think so - but he surely is tremendously enthusiastic about what he does. He just doesn't "keep on going" he goes in the right direction - making turns and adjustments as needed.
I really like and trust the "kid" - you should too.

Hey guys. I have been looking for a Nautical Blue Scion tC and after calling several dealerships, Rockingham was the only place who had one for me to see. I rushed over as soon as I could, and was greeted by a very friendly salesperson, Alex. He was very patient with me as he showed me the car, let me drive it how I wanted to, and told me everything I needed or wanted to know. I changed my mind several times, until Alex brought us in to do the paperwork. When I saw the special edition tC, I fell in love with it. It was exactly the color blue that I wanted, and after a hard night of thinking, I decided to take it instead of the nautical blue one. Despite me changing my mind several times until the SE, he was very patient and kind as he helped us with the process. Even the financial managers there helped us out too, by being very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place because not only was I serviced excellently, but I felt wanted and I was very happy. :D Thanks!

I just purchased a Scion tC and I love it - love it - love it.....Thank you Rockingham! The whole staff was A+ ....friendly, knowledgeable, professional....they have it all! This is a great place to buy a car. Alex was my sales person and he definitely makes buying a car a pleasant experience. He is a little hyper (like the Energizer Bunny) so if you go see him I know your going to have a good time. Any if you have any questions with your financing Mr. King has all the answers, overall I dint see me buying a car anywhere else.

The sales staff was exceptional, the sales manager Dave G. was fabulous, the best I ever dealt with. Rochinham had the most inventory in new Hampshire and Massachusetts.

i bought my xb from them it was pleasant sale i got car on a rainy day so i didnt get to see it all shiny and buffed out but since the buy it has been nothing but excelent my first free oil change they gave me a trd oil filter free.Went put my rims on the car they only wanted 12.00 jafarrianin haverhill wanted 14.00 each tire
