I ALWAYS have a bad experience with the sales department here. When I went to buy my corolla, the sales guy lied to me about price.. This time the salesman was overly cocky, claiming most of his customers are in and out in under an hour (guess they don't like to haggle or research options).
With that said, I have ALWAYS been real happy with the service department. Very knowledgeable, plenty of staff, and open very late hours. I will always take my Scion's and Toyota's to this dealer.

This is the best dealership in the Chicagoland area, if not the entire mid-west. This is the first Scion I have bought, but I have 4 other Toyotas from this dealer. They continue to meet and exceed my expectations of what a dealer should offer to their customers every time I am there. The Lexus dealership, just down the street, and the Toyota/Scion dealership are some of the nicest dealerships I have ever seen. Their inventory is always well stocked, guaranteeing they have what you want. Walking in I received a friendly greeting from the staff and found them to be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their vehicles and the Scion culture. They let me choose my 07 flint mica Tc from a field of about 15 or 20 others. I was amazed. In their showroom, they have some awesome modified rides, and they stock a whole lot of different options for the Scions. I purchased a bunch of extras and had them installed in no time! I will continue to go to these dealerships for all my auto needs.

Very very VERY disappointed. Walked in looking to buy that day. I wasn't greeted, and all three salespeople were on the telephone. I decided to look around for a little while until I was approached. Unfortunately, I walked around for 45 minutes before I was approached by a salesperson. Told the salesperson that I was interested in an RS2.0 tC. The salesperson laughed at me and said "good luck", and then turned his back on me and left without another word. I went back to Arlington Scion where I purchased my first tC and was treated like royalty again. Almost the same thing that happened to me the first time I bought a Scion. VERY rude, VERY poor quality service, FOR THE SECOND TIME. This dealer takes advantage of the fact that they are located in a high-traffic location and does not focus on making customers happy, knowing that another will walk through the door in a matter of seconds. NEVER going there again, and will discourage anyone and everyone from going there. WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE.

The staff was great!! They were very helpful and always had answers to my questions. They definitely made my first car purchase hassle-free. I would definately recommend Schaumburg Scion to others! The staff was very professional!!

This is going to be my first car purchase and Nick made everything easy to understand and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I felt very comfortable upon walking in the front door.

These guys are awsome! Really cool showroom and had ALOT of cars to pick from. I worked with Nick and Lane. I had nothing but fun the whole time I was there. They were able to answer every question both I and my parents threw at them. These guys are the best!

I changed my order from a BSP to a Camo when Schaumburg called and said there was a 06 5-speed coming in. The whole experience was awesome. Financing was a breeze, and I’ve never done that all by myself before....they made it really easy to understand and I got a pretty good rate considering my good, but short credit history. Lane Gibson and Suha Oner were really helpful and made sure to call a couple times after driving the car for a few weeks to make sure I was happy. I'd happily recommend this dealership to anyone in the Northern Illinois area looking to buy a Scion.

I have had a bad experiance with this dealer when trying to buy my last vehicle. I avoided this dealer for a long time. My wife (GF at the time) bought her corrola from there with a very good experience. When it came time to get my tC i decided to give them a try. I dealt with Suha and John E. and had a great experience. They will take care of you. Now my Mom and good friend plan to buy a vehicle from this dealer.

I was planning on buying 2 XB's from this dealership only to have to deal with a kid who was not only rude but quite arrogant. I left his dealership wondering if I wanted to even getting an XB altoghter. I decided to try one more (Arlington Scion). I dealt with Igor who was very helpful, knowledgable and easy to get along with. Let us just say I am driving the 2 XB's but not with Schaumburg's logo on them. It is too bad that I could not get the service that I expected...I do not deal with a rude salesperson. Sorry Schaumburg but you need to really check your young salesperson!

Very helpful staff, especially the salesguy I worked with. Knew everything I wanted to know, let me get onto the car when test driving it, no pressure, and worked out the deal with me and my limited finances. Inventory is decent, they have shipments coming in all the time, and the showroom is always at least half full of tricked out scions, as well as base models, Last time I was in there they were rolling a XB in with a completely tricked out system and body work. Great dealer to work with.

Very helpful staff. Told me everything there was to know about the car. Had a lot of options on personalizing the vehicle. I got my tc there and no regrets.

Excellent dealer. No pressure, helpful, freindly. I received my Xb just as ordered. Great hours for sales and service. I hope service is just as good in the future. Inventory is low and dealer office is small, but who cares about that.
