I didn't buy my Xb from them, but always had it serviced there. They are very kind and never said anything about my dog in there waiting room. When I totaled my rs 1.0 scion salesman paid for my rental car over the weekend. Very nice people.

I bought my tC back on 4/31/05... I was actually dealing with a salesman (at first) from Toyota Direct, but because I was looking at Scions, and not Toyotas, he referred me over to Jameson Ward and Chris Shields. Anyways, they did nothing but try and work with me, and work the numbers, so that I could get this car! I was 19, and have limited credit, so it was not easy to get financing (even though I have perfect credit, just not a lot of it). Chris, and Jameson were willing to go the extra mile and do things such as if they needed references, and I could not find them, than they said that they would go down as references... Also, even being 19, they let me go out and test drive the car, which a lot of other dealerships frown upon thinking that "this kid isn't going to actually buy the car, he just wants to drive it"... Anyways, they got the sale, and post buying experience has been great! Go here and you won't be dissatisfied!

Kind at first, but ended up creating a hassle in the end. I was "pre-approved" for financing, only to have the car for a week, ands then be called and told i had to come up with a 1k deposit or give the car back. Needless to say i busted my ass to get the money to them, i didn't wana give back my xB which had 1k miles by then.

Good overall experience. Ryan did a very good job, nothing but kindness. I'd recomend this place over the other locals.

Easy transaction from start to finish. Ryan kept me up to date with calls and e-mails. Great attitude in parts dept. and financing dept., no unexpected problems or delays....smooth
