I bought a 2005 Scion tC in Flint Mica from Brian Schriever and Adam Minkley on June 10, 2005. I had previously talked to a Mike I think it was. He was no longer with the dealership when I finally was ready to take the plunge. Brian and Adam were great. Brian was the manager at the time, I believe. The experience was great. the signing process took a while. Not Adam or Brian's fault. Just the finance department processes. Adam seemed to be very knowledgeable. He had an xB himself and I saw it the same day as well as at Scion Exposed in November of 2005. He remembered me. I saw Brian there and he remembered me also by name and what car I had purchased all of the way down to the wheels I upgraded to. I was very impressed by that. In latest 2006 (as in December 30 which was the last business day for the dealership that year), I decided to trade in my 2005 tC for a 2007 tC with a manual transmission. Estebon sold me this one. Brian had left the dealership, but had just come back. Awesome!

BUYER BEWARE! Believe me if I could have given them 0 stars for the Staff Attitude, Staff Knowledge, Facility Quality and Final Impression I would have. Ricardo Gihardo was my salesman and also claimed to be the Scion sales manager, which I later discovered he was not. I was manipulated and lied to at least five different times during the sales process. The sales staff seemed to have no real knowledge of the cars they sell. It was like talking to a room full of used car saleman. I was lied to not only about the payment term about the time it would take. My children missed their Halloween because Ricardo told me he had all the paperwork done and just waiting to be signed. I don't consider 5 1/2 hrs. to be "just swinging by and signing on the X"! I tried to resolve the issue with management and got the same bad service.

Great dealership to deal with, only complaint was that they didn't go over all the options on my Xb. I found out when I went thru the owner’s book. I have recommended several of my friends to go by and check them out.

We have bought two tC's from Kyle Stewart at Toyota of Dallas. I had called around to other local dealerships and they had all told me to just order the car online and wait 8-10 weeks. I was not happy and decided that I would just choose another car until I talked to Toyota of Dallas. They told me they could have the exact car I wanted within the week. Two days later the car arrives with 3 miles on it. A few months later, my mom was looking for a new car and she really liked my FM Auto tC. I really wanted to get a 5-speed after reading more about this car and getting into modifying it. So I called Kyle again and he found a BSP 5-speed tC, exactly what I wanted, and I drove it home four days later. If anyone is trying to decide which dealer to go to in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, head to Toyota of Dallas, they are a bunch of great guys and will really make you feel comfortable.

I had a great buying experience! David Walc was hands down the best salesman I've ever had. Since he owns a Scion as does his sister and mom it allowed me to ask questions as to how they were running for them. Everyone treated me with respect and made the buying experience easy and not stressful.

I just moved to the area and stopped by Toyota of Dallas trying to find a local dealership. I didn't have the best impression when I stopped in there. I asked a salesman for the Scion department and he said that I had to talk to special people over in the other building. Seems that I should have stayed with him as when I went to the other building (which was pretty nice, all be it), there wasn't anyone there. Seemed that things were a bit distraught when I was there, so maybe everyone had something better to do?

Great dealership! They treated us very nice and did everything to help us with our purchase and were very professional. Had a great selection of Scions, all other dealers around us in Texas you have to wait on a XB but they had 10 of various colors and options. If you want an XB or any other scion in the DFW area they have a great selection for you and the scion manager was the best of all, totally recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a scion.

Adam Minkley was extremely professional in every aspect of the game. He relates to his customers and no pressure is put on potential buyers. It's always nice to work with people who share the same passion for their vehicle as you do. Scion of Dallas was and is a 10 a Fu*ing 10 in my book. The only complaint I would have is the Service Department. I went for my first free oil change and before I knew it I spent $45 on other maintenance like oiling my hinges. Which is totally unnecessary for a vehicle with 5000 miles on it. Don't be pressured into anything like that. Adam took great care of me though.

Toyota of Dallas is a great place. We are buying our 3rd. (Sienna, Echo, Scion tC). Hardy normally takes care of us but since Scion salesmen are specially trained he had us work through Adam.

Inventory is always difficult. The cars don't stay on the lot too long.
