Il went in to the dealership looking for a basic black cherry manual tc with side curtain airbags. they didn't have one on the lot but took the time to test drive me in a similar tc just a different color. at first i was worried they would try to shove me into this car but after the drive my wife and i were brought into a office and told about our options as far as how they could get us the car we where looking for. needless to say it took about a week to get our car in but they kept in touch and let us know what was happening every step of the way. Very nice experience there and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I went here to test drive the Matrix but ended up taking a closer look at the tC. I went with my mom to show her what cars I liked and had NO intention to buy that day as I still had to sell my Excursion. I told the salesman my exact reason for being there and they were not going to get a sale from me so that he didn't waste time on me.
Make a long story short they appraised my Excursion (appraised as a gas 4x2 when it was a diesel 4x4), wanted me to buy their car while I tried to sell the Excursion (what if it doesn't sell right away and I have 2 car pymts???), and the last straw was the sales manager holding my keys hostage so I couldn't leave. He told me I would get my keys back once I signed the contract for the new car. I got my keys back after telling him where he could stick the contract and walked into the appraiser's office to get them myself.
I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

Wonderful dealership, good service department and clean showroom. It's frustrating to not be able to see the car you want in different colors. Salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. Buying a Scion is the easiest thing in the world, no haggling. A+

This dealership was great. My salesman Jordan was the best I've encountered. Thanks a lot!!! They had great inventory and Jordan was the only person I had to talk to. He walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable!!

My original salesperson decided to quit and I didn't find out till I got in touch with the dealership. They set me up with another salesperson who was very friendly, but in the end, she tried to tell me that the floormat package was a mandatory purchase. Her manager told her that wasn't true. All in all, was what you would expect from any dealership.

I recently purchased an xB from this dealership and it was a completly painless process. I called them, they had the car I wanted in stock (5spd Camo xB) so I went in, drove it, started paperwork, picked my options and bought it, all in about 3 hours time. The sales staff was knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. As far as the dealership, its one of the nicest I have seen. I would definitly reccomend this dealership to someone looking for a new Scion.

They were wonderfull to deal with and they were able to get me a 5spd Xb in only three days. they called all over so cal to find it as quickly as possible so i didnt have to wait. I highly recommend them and my salesman Carlos Quintero.

I had a very bad experience there. I was looking for a tC. The salesman told me there's a used tC (repo?). When I saw the price, I was shocked to see they're charging $2K over MSRP! The guy keeped on telling me it's the only tC in the county, and I could get it that day BS. In the end, they dropped $600, but still more than $1K over MSRP for a USED. What a bunch of greedy basters! Also, their knowledge of tC is close to zero!

I test drove an xB in January, and the dealership was great, and the salesmen were knowledgeable. I later ordered an RS1 thru the dealership in February and my salesman, Carmen Torzon, was very helpful and kept me updated until I finally received the car in early May. The staff is not composed of Scion enthusiasts, so I found that they knew less than I did from what I've read/learned on ScionLife. Overall, my experience was very good, and their primary goal to to make me happy. It is a nice & clean dealership with a good inventory. I praise my salesman Carmen Torzon more than anyone in my experience. I'd recommend others to go there.
