Yeah, Thomason is like a swear word. Everything has changed there now and they're so different I cant even compare the two. I got my xB there recently and I love it. The staff knows what they're talking about. They don't have to look at the tag to tell you the cost and they sit down and go over the whole car with you. I was like yeah, yeah, I can figure it out but Kelly wanted to show me everything. I didn't pick up on it all 'cause I was to happy for my first car but I love the staff and they had a great selection.
Just dealt with them again and tony in service is fantastic mellow and to the point =NO BS i love dealing with these guys and strongly suggest checking them out when you are shopping for a new car (p.s. tell kelly i sent you lol... she is awesome, she didn't push me on to a car she just informed me and let me make my own choice,)

Second chance..... I had visited Scion of Gladstone when it was still Thomason and had a bad experience.
But when I saw that the ownership had changed I figured that I would give them a second chance and I am so glad that I DID!!!!
It was like a totally different store and attitude. I had one of the best car buying experiences in my life ( I have bought a few cars in my life:).
I would like to say congratulations to the whole staff! I will recommend all my friends to this store!
Scion of Gladston was previously Thomason Scion. This dealership has a new name, new ownership, and new management, so the previous dealership reviews have been removed.
