MY COMPANY HAS BOUGHT 3 WHITE SCION XB'S FROM THEM. THEY ARE THE BEST, FROM THE OWNER PAUL KEAMER ON DOWN. THE PARTS MANAGER WAS MOST HELPFUL IN SHOWING ME THE AVAILABLE ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE AND THEY HAD THEM ALL IN STOCK. THEY DID EVERYTHING WE ASKED AND DID IT QUICKLY AND WITHOUT ANY HASSLE. I HAVE SENT THEM MANY OF MY CUSTOMERS, AS WE MAKE VEHICLE GRAPHICS FOR THEIR SCIONS. THEY ARE THE BEST....................................N

When I decided that I wanted to get an XB I first went to Lake Norman and looked at their selection. They had a white, manual transmission xb just like I wanted but the sales lady knew nothing about the cars and was pretty annoying. So I decided to look around at other dealers and find another one to no available. I went back a couple days later and basically walked in and said I wanted the white one. This time they were much more helpful but tried to play some games on financing, but in the end I got the car I wanted. Kind of your typical car buying experience!!!

Most product specialist are doing what they've been told to do. Tell the customer about the product and get them emotionally involved. Thats dandy and easy. I thought Scions were supposed to be a no hassle, no game purchase. This past month when we went, there was too much debating and drama than an xA was worth. No purchase was made. Follow up sucked. Two years ago when I bought my car the sales guy had a guy pitch me a sale at least once a month or so for several months which is what also helped me to go back there to buy my car eventually. There was a bla follow up call and that was it. I'm kinda disappointed I guess. Seems like the only colors left on their lot for xA's & xB's are TCM and BSP.

Loved my salesman and highly recommend him to any of my friends wanting to buy Toyota anything. Super laid back and super chilled. same for product specialist. My brother liked the PS and this Salesman too which was a bonus. Went back to get the car a couple months later & only one color on lot & we were totally and superbly disappointed. Our experience with the new salesman & PS were similar to the one you'd get from most dealerships. I think when it comes down to it, I'd give the dealership 3.5 stars, but for the two PS that used to work there, one salesman and one service guy who I 99.9% of the time deal with whenever I'm there, I'd give the place 5 stars. They're super professional, enthusiastic and its nice to see someone give you a real smile when you walk through their doors.

It was simple and painless. I pulled up, a guy who's an employee (not a commissioned sales guy) asked how he could help. I pointed to an xB and said, "I want one of those, automatic, gray." He said he was pretty sure they had one since they just got in a big shipment. Sure enough, and we went for a test drive. Everything checked out.
When we got back, he turned me over to a woman who took all my financial info and the list of options I wanted installed. They did a credit check and came back with several buy and lease options, one of which suited me just fine. There were no extra charges tacked on, no dealer markup, no installation fees, and since it was an '04, it was even discounted about $1,000.
Then things got a little slow (even though it was a Monday) while the financial department cranked through their stuff. But everyone was helpful, cooperative and respectful.
I had planned on picking up the car in a few days, after they'd installed the options. They preferred I take the car and then set up an appointment for the install. That was fine with me too, since the kid buying my old car was anxious to get his hands on it. So after signing all the papers, I drove home, followed by my new xB and a chase car.
The whole process took about 3 hours.
Now we'll just see what happens when I go back for the options.

I bought my 04 Black Sand Pearl Scion xB here at this dealer. The staff seemed knowledgeable, they were not too pushy or insistant. They had plenty of Scions there to choose from also. I paid for full in cash and they did not try to push any financing plans. Paperwork did not take too long either. From the time of getting to the dealer, taking a test drive, buying the car and driving it home, the whole process took about 2 hours. Overall a good dealership, better than others I tried.
