The day after such a horrendous experience at Scion of Lewisville that I reported them to Scion customer experience, canceled the entire transaction with the General Manager, and took back possession of my trade-in after they had it for a week, I called Aaron K. at Scion of Plano. He was helpful and got me what I asked for my trade-in and ordered the exact car how I wanted it at the exact price I wanted with no hassle whatsoever. I was in and out in 1hr. He even got me the actual car and dealer-installed accessories weeks earlier than estimated. He did a visual inspection of the car with me and had me on my way. I couldn't be happier. One of the best car-buying experiences I've had.

Went to Scion of Plano to buy. When we arrived I could see no scions at all. Found a salesperson who found ax xB for me. Sat in it and liked the car. Found salesperson again and asked to drive it. He took may drivers license and insurance and made a copy. He eventually returned. He said he could not find the key. Went away again for a while, returned and still could not find the key to the xB or the as yet unseen xA. He told us to come back later. Needless to say we went somewhere else. Scion of Richardson actually, where we drove a xB and a xA, then placed an order for the xB. I would not even bother with Plano they are the worst car dealership experience I have ever had, and that is saying something.

Not off to a good start, this dealership's Scion Sales manager entered a bogus review giving the store outstanding praise and all "10"s. That review has been deleted.
