My husband and I walked in knowing we wanted a manual xA, and Travis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They only had an automatic xA on the lot that day, but he let us test drive it, and when we came back he found a manual '06 in Flint Mica that was exactly what we wanted. The car was ready when promised, with all accessories installed. Travis was wonderful to work with, and he answered every question we had. I love my new car, and Scion of Waldorf is highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I decided we were going to buy xBs and Scion of Waldorf was our first and best stop. Brent was extremly helpful and got things rolling fast. We both had to wait for our xBs, but Brent kept great contact with both of us. He was extremely nice and extremely knowledgable. I would recommend anyone there. Also the whole process took like 30 mins and we were done.... whats better than that. My boss at Empire Graphics/DC Auto Wraps.com in Waldorf, also felt the same way! Brent helped him not only get his first, but his second Scion in just 2 weeks!, which was great for our company since we specializes in vinyl vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics and the Scions are one of the best vehicles to wrap and advertise our business or any other business. Thank you so much Brent and Scion of Waldorf!

I came to Toyota of Waldorf looking for a Corrolla and left with an awesome TC. The staff was great and very helpful. Not overly pushy, but kept pumping me with information. They really knew there stuff. Brent, in particular, took alot of time and patience and fully explained the car's features and options to me. My new TC is so fun to drive, and provides a definite sense of security with all the safety features. Excellent for the long drives and scootin around town.

Before I went to Waldorf, I stopped by Koons in Arlington. They suck. Don't bother with them. The inventory is small and the can't get you a car that they don't have on the lot to save their lives. I got fed up with them and drove the 25 miles to Waldorf where I knew they had the Flint Mica on the lot. I was in and out in under 4 hours! Bret, the salesman, is very knowledgeable and treated me very well. I can't say enough about them. They gave me a good price on my trade in (a 2002 Honda Civic LX with a few mods and 58K on the odo), too. I hate it when I go to a dealer and I know more than they do (I know I do my homework and read up on cars before hand, but, if you sell them, you better be at least on my level). Bret is at least on my level, maybe even more knowledgeable than me. That was refreshing. Acutally, everyone there seemed to know what they were talking about.

I also love the relaxed atmosphere. No pushing, no haggling, no annoying sales reps.

True I work here, but I bought my IIP tC before I started with Scion. Couldn't be happier, neither could my customers. With the exception of one, but some people make their own headaches and then blame them on other hard working honest people. It's ok, there's one in every crowd who gets something for free when they complain because they grew up learning that they can skate through life on dishonesty. As far as Waldorf Scion is concerned, we have a huge inventory, one of the few dealerships where we do the true scion purchase process (the salesman does the entire deal, sale-aftermarket-and finance), we sell nothing but Scion's, no Toyota's, so our commitment and knowledge is top-knotch. So if you want a young, knowledgable salesman, who's excited about the product and loves to help others get into a Scion,

Scion of waldorf is the worst dealership as far as service and customer satisfaction. The service guys there are completely unproffesional and arrogant when dealing with customers. Service guy ate peanuts in my brand new tC, forgot to put the hooks for the floor mats, didnt return the wheel locks and wheels (4 days later had to pick them up) after installing aftermarket rims. They also damaged my chrome rims(used the wrong tool)and covered their tracks by using some sort of touch paint. Of course they denied all wrong doing and I had to sick scions corporate head and my insurance company on them. Hopefully I will get new rims. Either through insurance or scion either way im good. Tavis and the other sales guy there I highly recommend though but overall if I had to do it again I would have chosen a different dealership because service is where it counts the most. oh yeah by the way service took 2 1/2 hours to put wheels on my vehicle and the tires are already mounted.

This was my first time buying a new car, and the fellas helped me out so much! I had a great experience and would recommend Scion of Waldorf to anyone! Jason and Brent put up with so much crap from me the day I bought my RS, haha. Thanks so much guys! From being so nice from the second I walked through the door, to helping me pick out all of my accessories, these guys rock!

I <3 my tC! 8 Year(s) Old (does not count toward dealer score) [edit]
I bought my tC toward the end of July and I'm just now getting around to typing a review. Sorry guys. Anyways... the service and patience that Brandon and Jason had was above and beyond what I expected. This is my first new car and they made it an experience to remember. I would recommend Scion of Waldorf to anyone. Those guys are great!

I felt that I was treated very well at the dealership. The sales person was very open and informative. He told me alot about the car and about the things that could be done through Scion. He also showed me around the facility. I am very pleased with their professionalism.

I had a very pleasant and smooth buying experience at Scion of Waldorf. Brandon Holland is the salesperson that I dealt with. He is genuinely friendly, and he made me feel very comfortable. He was straight-forward during the whole process. I never felt intimidated or pushed into anything. I was interested in buying a Scion tC, but they only had one in stock at the dealership, and it wasn't the one I wanted. But the process was still easy -- I just told Brandon exactly what I wanted, and he told me that I would have to wait a couple weeks for the car to arrive. During the waiting period, he called me to keep me up to date on the status of the car, and when it was ready I picked it up! I would definitely buy from them again, and I would recommed them to anyone living in the DC area. The best thing about Scion is that you can know exactly what you're going to pay for the car before you even go to the dealership. Just go to www.scion.com -- all the prices are listed there.

What can I say about the guys at Scion of Waldorf. They couldn't have been more helpful. I have had my 2004 xA for about 4 months now and I love it more and more everyday. Allen went out of his way to make sure that he found the exact car I wanted. It took alittle over 2 months and many calls later to get it but he never gave up. I couldn't have had a better experence.

I can not begin to say what an outstanding staff Scion of Waldorf has. Brandon's attitude and professionalism was above and beyond what I have ever expected and experienced. He assisted me, but yet, did not pressure me. He helped me with my purchase in which, I'm very pleased with. Jason as well, was extremely helpful. The service that I received at Scion of Waldorf was none that I have ever experienced. I personally feel that Brandon's professionalism and attitude is what made my decision to buy a car easier. He could not sell me a Toyota, and I really wanted him to be my sales person. So I chose the cutest car I ever saw. What a pleasure it has been to deal with such a professional team at Scion of Waldorf. Thank You Guys So Much..... Keep up the good work!
Noemi

I was looking for the tC at several dealerships and when I called Waldorf and they said they had 2 I rushed over there. Brandon showed me all the ins and outs of the car - I was immediately impressed! However the color was wrong - well, 2 days later the Flint Mica tC came in and I got it! I always dread buying cars - it's always a hassle but Brandon and Jason were extremely helpful, and made the process quick and easy. It's nice to know that are are some good salesmen out there! I would highly recommend Waldorf Toyota/Scion to anyone! Thanks guys for the great service! And boy do I love my new car!!

I have to say that I was very impressed with Scion of Waldorf. I live in Virginia, and was trying to find a silver Tc for myself, but was running into walls. I called around to the different dealers locally, just to get a gauge of what the out the door price was going to be on a manual Tc, and I quickly realized that though the car is pure price (and they all made sure I knew that), I got different numbers from each. I was also quoted a wait time of at least 9 weeks if I wanted a specific type of Tc. I finally decided I'd try one in Maryland, and I talked with Jason from Scion of Waldorf. His out the door price was $500 less than what I had been quoted elsewhere, and he let me know that there was a silver manual Tc that would be there in about two weeks. I gave him some credit information, and he held the car for me. When discussing accessories for the car, I asked his opinion on the color steering wheel, expecting him to try to "upsell" that to me, but he let me know that he preferred the original. I trust these guys there and am now driving a sweet Tc! This was my first car buying experience, and I was very worried about getting screwed by a salesman that would smell fresh blood, but Jason walked me through all of the steps and made sure I knew what I was signing and what I was paying for. He also gave me a free T-shirt. I received a tour of the dealership, and was very impressed with how clean the place was, even the repair shop (shiny floors). To justify my scores, I'd say first impression was a 10 because of the price and the fact that they let me know they could get me the kind I wanted in 2 weeks. The staff gets a 10 because they seemed as excited as I was about my car. The knowledge is a 10, because Jason showed me a lot of things about the Tc that I had not seen listed on the website. Inventory is a 10 because I'm driving a Tc two weeks later. The facility was sparkling clean, and they had the scion accessories in display cases, which helped me to make my decisions. I was really happy with my whole experience, so overall I'd give it a 10.

Scion of Waldorf is awsome. When I first walked in they were such nice people who were willing to answer any question that I possibly had. After I picked the car I wanted I think I was in there for onlya half an hour filling out my paperwork. I would like to thank Allen, Jason, and Brandon for there help with me purchasing my new Scion. I would highly recommend Scion of Waldorf to anyone wanting to buy a Toyota or a Scion. Oh yeah and thanks for the side work guys.

I am a little tardy in writing this review, but I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jason and Allen for their patience and knowledge thoughout the purchase process. The XB was my very first new car and at 32 I was a little picky-and demanding! I originally went to look at the XA, but was quickly won over by the mpg, roominess, and handling of the XB. I am so pleased with the consistent performance of the XB and the prompt service and attention I receive every time I go to the dealership-even if it's just to stop by and say hello. I have turned into a Scion junky! Thanks guys...and I still give out your business cards! Dawn

I wasnt too pleased with scion of waldorf. They didnt have very many cars in that were available and they weren't too flexible on what i should do financing wise. The person i spoke to didn't really know about scions and what they were. There wasnt anybody too interested in talking to me about the car and my questions were answered with iffys. If it hadnt been for scion of annapolis i probably would not have bought a scion and i would not reccomend this dealership to any of my friends.

i've had my new 2004 xB for a little over a week now. Jason and the crew over at Scion of Waldorf couldn't have been more helpful. I got the car I wanted, the wheels i wanted, the price I wanted. They even hooked me up with a great guy who installed my Spy lowering springs for me (thanks Nick). I live in Annapolis, which is almost an hour away from Waldorf. It was the quality of customer service that made me drive all the way out there to buy my Scion. I could have gotten it at Koons. I made a good choice. Thanks guys.

I even got 2 free trucker hats with my car.

From start to finish, Scion of Waldorf has done nothing but offer phenomenal customer service. Their communication is awesome, and their dedication to Scion is unmatched! Jason and Allen have done everything possible to make sure I had a great buying experience with them, and they succeeded...thank you for all you have done!!! I could not recommend a better place to buy a car from, they don’t sell their Scions for the money, they sell them because they believe in the product and want you to be a part of it too!!!
