I recently purchased a 2012 Scion tC RS 7.0 from Toyota of Wellesley. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice salesman, Adam who was more knowledgeable on the car than other dealers I went to. He let us take a tC for a long test drive and that is what won us over. We waited about a week and decided on the RS. I called him back the next week and we went in and finished the transaction hassle free. I have also added some dealer installed options to the car after I ordered it and there is very good communication. The car will be here in late September and I cant wait to get it. I look forward to dealing with Toyota of Wellesley in the future.

I went to wellesley scion and had one of the best experiences with a dealer thus far.
The owner Nai is always available and is extremely eager to help with any questions you have. They have serviced my 2008 xD several times now and I am always surprised with how straight forward they are with me on what needs to be done. I feel that Wellesley is one of the best places to head to for excellent customer service and convenience.

I found a 2004 Scion xB on an independent website that was part of Wellesley Toyota's inventory. When I arrived at the dealership, I immediately went to inspect the vehicle prior to entering the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to do so without a salesperson approaching me. When I entered the building, it took a few moments to get someone's attention (not necessarily a negative). My experience from start to finish was extremely positive. The allowance for my trade was exceptional and they honored the internet price. I would definitely conduct business with Wellesley Toyota again. In my experience, it is the smaller dealership that has the best customer service. They certainly fit that mold.
