I went to this dealer, Very unprofessional, Did not answer my questions, and Have heard stories from friends that they have had many sales that were deceiving. Just a buyer beware, I ended leaving and buying mine from Milford about 30 minutes north, but I have heard Stamford is also very good.

My experience was excellent from beginning to end. Courteous, comfortable, and casual...
My sales rep was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and even attractive (her name is Tara). A week after a test drove I got a kind and not-to-pushy follow-up call and a week after that when I finally decided to buy they had the car I wanted the day I wanted it. $399 conveyance fee, but a good place to do business - #2 in the tristate area I believe. Service department is no worse than anywhere else, probably about the same if not better than most. They made the conveyance fee worth my while in other ways such that I still chose them over a dealer without a conveyance.

I went to Wesport to take a look at cars, I wasn't sure I would get. I have to admit that the tC wasn't even on my shopping list until I went there. However, I felt them a little too pushy and trying to be "buddy buddy" with me. The Scion division manager made a few comments (not even about me) that rubbed me the wrong way. The salesman I was working with had very little information about the car. I ended up walking away. By the way, the "conveyance" fee there is $399. You can find a lot cheaper elsewhere. Good luck wherever you purchase.
