After meeting with Jonathan Sexton, the Scion sales manager several months before having bought my xB, I decided that when the time came for me to buy, it would be from Scion South. I have owned Toyotas pretty much since I've had my license and have dealt with several different Toyota dealers. Scion South was by far the nicest buying experience I have had. Jonathan spent several weeks trying to locate the exact vehicle I wanted, and after several phone calls and lots of dealership inquiries across six states, we were unable to locate the Blue Onyx Pearl manual that I wanted. He did however; manage to get my second choice, the Black Cherry that I am now driving. I couldn't be happier with vehicle and with the dealership. Along with the first three oil changes that Scion covers, Scion South throws in some additional ones. Jonathan will even pick my car up to take it and have it all done; excellent service. Next Toyota/Scion purchase will also be through Scion South and Jonathan.

I was already a customer of Toyota South of Richmond and when Scion came to town I knew where I was going for my xB. No questions about it, great service and a great atmosphere. As I have stated on posts previously, Scion's sales philosophy is all about no pressure and no haggling, Scion South has been delivering this from day one. I purchased one of first 05 xBs on the lot and they have been great since then. When my foglights messed up they had them fixed that day. I had the annoying rattle in my dash and they took care of that. Many people that I know have taken their Scion's elsewhere for service and parts and I just go straight to Scion South because I know that I will be taken care of there. JONATHAN SEXTON is the Scion manager and is very understanding and knows his product! You can tell when you talk to him that he loves selling the Scion brand.

I bought a scion XB @ Greens Toyota on New Circle Rd. in Lexington about 6 weeks ago. I continue to be very pleased with the vehicle and I found dealing with the staff quite comfortable. I realy appreciate the no haggle sales technique and was only slightly put off with the attempt to sell me some interior stain resistant crap as a prelude to allowing me to talk to a finanacial person to arrange financing.

Scion South in Richmond has made the car buying experience as seamless and effortless as possible. Johnathon Sexton is one of the best and knowledgable salesmen I have ever dealt with. He made sure that my loan was approved, and had me behind the wheel of a brand new xB within 2 days. If you are going to buy in the richmond area, go see johnathon, he will hook you up.
