Went by to help my daughter look for her first new car, she was more interested in Honda/Mazda offerings, but we stopped in on the way to the other dealers. Found a tC that she really liked, was helped by a nice, intelligent saleslady that as soon as I told her to sell to my daughter not me, immediately focused on her. Treated her with respect. That made me want to throw my business their way. They were more than plesant to deal with, had her all ready when I got off work to go cosign her loan. The wife had them throw in an xA for me while they were at it. They had 4 Scions on the lot that day, we drove off with half their inventory.
I have had to go back 2 times for little adjustments and have been prompty served each time.

I hate to here that someone got a bad impression from serra scion. I purchased my xa there in July. I had no problem the gentleman i dealt with John McCdonald III was very knowledgeable about what he was selling, didn't feel pressured to buy anything else and they worked out excellent payment plans for me it most have been a bad day for this other guy.

Went there to look for an xB and all i got was some guy telling me that i needed an tC. When i finally convinced him that all i wanted was a xB he was trying to get me to buy some aftermarket items from a friend of his. All i wanted was a xB. All i got was a hard time and a sour taste in my mouth. I will never return to Serra Scion.
