Went there to look at xB's. No inventory and the place was a mess. Broken concrete, dirt and general lack of care. The place looked like it was ready to be torn down.
Bob Saks Scion has changed ownership and is now Serra Toyota Scion.

I on the other hand did not have an enjoyable experience with any of the Bab Saks employees. The first 2 salesman that I encountered were not very knowledgable of the Scion at all. Every question I asked was interrupted by them getting up from their desk to chase around for the answer. Even though I felt like I knew more about the tC then they did, I decided to leave a deposit. They told me I would have a car in 1-2 days. 4 days later, still no contact from them. I had to do all the calling and stopping by after work. On the 4th day I called another dealership. The second dealership had the car I wanted. So I bought the car from them. It just seemed like they were not doing their job, and sorry for them they lost a 18,000 dollar cash deal. I will never go back to Bob Saks and I will let everyone know how difficult it was to do business with them.
Steve Ticconi is the guy to see. Great approach and good people person. Dealership tends to push extra warranty. Will add more as experience dictates. My time with the Scion is short, however, we've purchased other autos at this dealership & have been happy

I just cant say enough about Steve at Bob Saks. I have ordered two XB's for him and am looking forward to ordering my third (tc). Each car I ordered was customized to just my taste. He even got the Blackhawks color just right on the leather I had installed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with him. If you want someone who will go above and beyond to get iot just right, see Steve or any member of the team at Bob Saks Scion.
When I bought the Scion Tc, I was unsure about what all came with the car. The dealer, Bob Spafford, helped me out by showing me what came with the car and what i could put on the car. He took me on a test drive and explained the entire car to me. It was a very enjoyable experience. I got everything that I wanted. Bob was very knowlegable about putting the car together. The atmosphere at Bob Saks is very professional, including the person that cleaned my car for delivery. The staff there is very professional and very friendly.
