I first went there in 04 looking for an xb. Didn't pick one up, but went away happy with the service and experience I received. Went down again after the 2nd kid was born and picked up an RS4. Very pleasant. The no haggle experience frees them up to be people. They have nothing to do with working you over like most places.(just the bank if you're financing)
Just purchased my second RS model. This time a 6.0 xb. (adding not trading). Dealt with Dorinda. Very friendly, didn't have to use her brochures or computer or read window stickers to get prices and know exactly what stock is on the floor etc. Went to other dealers. Couldn't compare to the experience I had at SCION.
Couldn't tell you about service. Its got nothing but oil changes since I picked up my 4.0.

Kalani was my salesperson. I bought my tc about 2 1/2 years ago. What amazes me is that Kalani calls me from time to time to ask me about my car and how's everything going. He's a pretty awesome guy. No Hassle. No pushing. He let me test drive the xb and tc. Called him up not too long ago about having to trade in my tc for an xd. He said he'll hook me up with some deals! guy is awesome. place is awesome

Ask for Dorinda, she was my salesperson. She was nice, friendly and knowledgeable about the scions. She answered all question about the Xd that I needed to make up my mind in purchasing this car. Filling out the paperwork was quick and easy. Prep time of the car took about a 5 days to complete, and work was done cleanly.
Dealership is unlike any other. They don't push, hassle, or force you into something. Ask for Kalani, he is the best. He will look for a bank to finance you instead of you doing it yourself. I didn't like the xb at all, but because he didn't push me into buying anything and because he was so helpful, i bought the car without even test driving it. He will work for you. i give him 6 out of 5 stars.
Went here about 14 months ago to get my Scion and got Sal as my salesman. I must be fair and say that I think I knew more about the car than he did (I had done a lot of research). It has been a while and he is very knowledgable now. I was very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of most there. I do think that Scion should give their salesmen some kind of incentive with sales... granted I know that they sell themselves but when I first walked in the salesmen didn't seem very hungry for the sale.
I have been there off and on getting parts or just talking and must say that Sal is still there and is always so helpful with any questions or problems that I have. I HIGHLY recommend buying from Scion and having Sal as your salesmen.

I just purchased my xB from Cory. He was very professional and attentive. not pushy or a know it all. He followed up with me and made sure all of my question and concerns were addressed. The dealership was always clean and organized and the rest of the staff was also very professional and courteous. Overall impression was that I would buy again and will refer friends and family to this great dealership.

Brandon was our sales dude. Very cool and understanding. Funny too! Since this was our first new car and didn't have much credit, it took a bit of work on our financing, but we eventually worked everything out thanks to the staff at Servco. Everything from presentation to filling out forms was a breeze. Would recommend Servco Scion to anyone interested and would definitely buy a car from them again. We bought a showroom model and drove it off the lot the same night. Awesome.

julie was my sales lady. she was excellent compared to my other experiences with other dealerships, she wasn't aggressive, didn't try to sell me things i didn't need, she was very honest for once i had this encounter when buying a new car. it was nice for her to listen to what i want and she would provide answers to what she could provide. first impression was rated low due to the fact that i went in to the dealership before they opened. staff knowledge i assumed being brand new to hawaii no one would know everything about a scion, and the demand was incredible for those on the waiting list and before the dealership even opened people were waiting to pick up a scion. so trying to keep a good inventory level would be challenging.

very nice people at the dealership not as aggresive as others and very good service only problem was the day my car would be finished one told me satuerday and one told me monday it was monday when they were finally done althought i definitly would buy from them again in the future

at first was put off by sales people being not as "agressive" as the other places I went to. But the sales person that I eventually got was very helpful and friendly. He let me test drive both the xb and tc and provided adequate information on both.
Facility was nice and liked the ability to actually go into floor models and look around.
Eventually went back to buy a tc. Same sales person helped me out. Suprised he remembered me and my friends from the test drive. Made the purchase quick and easy.

I was very impressed with the new Scion dealership! Everything is so fresh and new. The showroom has a style all it's own. They don't only have cars, with color palettes for their cars... they have the things that make just about any auto-phile go mad... aftermarket toys!!! From pedals, to shift knobs, to intakes... they have it on the walls.
I had never seen a Scion car in person before going to Servco Scion, and was blown away with these "different" cars. I really liked the xB, but, when I saw the tC I was speechless.
Sitting at the wheel of the Azure Pearl tC was magical! After seeing it and getting the feel of it, what really suprised me was driving an actual tc! But, that's another story for another review.
The loaded black xB they have sitting in the showroom almost made me think twice about getting the tC. I sat in this car for a while contemplating. It had neons, among other toys, which caught my eyes. I was so close to getting an xB.
The sales people are awesome! There's nothing like going to a Scion/Toyota dealership! My sales person is Julie. She was very cordial, and made me feel right at home. She didn't rush me, and let me test drive the car when I was ready to. She was patient when I told her I'd "probably" be back the next day.
The supervisor on duty that day was Alonzo. He was also very helpful. What I like most is that they gave me my space, and they gave me their attention when I looked for it.
I get the impression that they're new at this, but, they also give me the impression that they care about their customers.
Would I go back? Of course! If I swam in money I'd get a tricked out xB anyday.
I recommend Servco Scion to anyone in the market for a new car!

I went and ordered my xB before the dealer was officially opened by appointment. Ron Ching was my salesperson and he was great. We talked about what I had in mind for long term mods and didn't press the add on sales once he knew I was going to mod the vehicle. I even got him a bb bible since he was so cool about it. Brand new dealership so everything is still clean. I did see a few other sales people giving less than stellar service to their customers (hence the 7 star Staff Attitude rating) but Ron was great.

Kyle was my sales person. He was cool, and not pushy. I'm sure all Scion dealers are like this.
It was easy to get a test drive. He knew most of the things I asked about. I was able to reserve my vehicle without hassle.
Easy to buy - In and out quickly.
The car was prepared for my inspection, but they did a hack job with the polish. Also, my TRD exhaust is not centered in the cut-out. I'm going to have to fix it myself later, and polish/wax it too.

Excellent. Everything was beyond what I was expecting from a car dealership. The staff people are great, they really tried hard to make sure we were happy and comfortable. No pressure or hassles.
