I bought a flint mica tC for myself as a new year's present and loved every minute of driving the car. Had a great experience with Sparks -- dealt entirely over the internet. Came down from Wilmington and my tC was sitting there in front of the dealership all cleaned and ready to go! Thanks for a great experience.

Ken got me an Envy Green side skirt at an awesome price when no one else would even talk to me about it. He also hooked my parents up when they ordered some birthday gifts for me. Very very pleased with Sparks Scion.

Great dealership. My coworker had bought about 5 or 6 Toyotas for both her personal use and business use from Sparks because her brother-in-law was the sales manager there. When I decided to buy a Scion, I contacted their dealership even though there are 3 Scion dealers near me. The sales manager put me in contact with the internet sales manager. I live in Columbia so Myrtle Beach is quite a drive for me. I had a trade so they offered me this deal: I drive to Myrtle Beach (3+ hour drive), they will appraise my truck, we work out the paperwork on the Scion, and they will give me a tank of gas to pay for my round trip to Myrtle Beach. Also, he said when the car arrived; they would deliver it to my office in Columbia for free. When I got there they even paid for my lunch. The whole ordeal took no time and he said the car would be there in 1-2 weeks but a few days later he called me and said they traded for it and it was already there and would be delivered the next day to my office!

Dealt with Ken, everything done over the phone, the color we wanted was not available anymore so we went with Black and all of this Started on a Tues Afternoon. He had to find and trade with another d/s, and by FRI @ 1pm we went in signed the paperwork and off we went. Very happy with dealership and Staff, I even scored Ken a sale from my neighbor who wanted an xA. They are very happy too! The referral fee is no joke and I will be scoring more of those in the future! Overall process painless and without effort on our part, recommed to all!

Sept 2004 I was on the way into Myrtle Beach From Florence to take care of a job. On the way back to Florence I stopped sparks to see what they had in stock or when they might be getting some Scions in stock after standing around there cars for about 15-20 minutes I began to leave, when finally one of the Toyota dealer came out and he finally went to get me a scion dealer. After talking with him about what my wife was looking for, he asked if I had been looking anywhere else, after his continous questions of where I had been. I finally gave him the info I guess he was going for, which was the second mistake I made of that day he went into how the d/s I was dealing with hasn't had the sales experience that he had and his crew had and he went ON and ON for some time about how and why his d/s was so much better. Third mistake was filling out his cust. form after about having to change my phone # over his cont. calls 2 or 3 a day. But # 1 mistake of that day was stopping in sparks Toyota

Very good experience. Bought my XB on a visit during my lunch hour but ran out of time. Salesman Josh Brumfield met me next morning on his day off to finish the deal. Ordered all my accesories and them installed in a matter of days.Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone.

First thing’s first...Excellence! there is no sub for the quality in service and honesty within the superior knowledge of the scion dealer at Sparks Toyota. I am overly impressed with the promises kept by the dealer for the customers full satisfaction and enjoyment in purchasing a vehicle. Amazing! All other dealerships could learn a thing or two about the “family” that is sparks and it's customers which will always come back time and time again for more of a sure thing. I for one personally love this dealership. There service was outstanding in every aspect possible. Not only were they friendly and trustworthy, they made me feel as if I were the only person in the dealership. They met my every need and more. I for one personally have suggested this dealer to each and every person I know and have met since my visit there.

I paid multiple visits to Sparks Scion. I inspected and test drove all 3 offerings before deciding on the tC. The only person I dealt with was Josh, who was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and knows the vehicles through and through. Not once did he pull the usual backwards and often misleading car salesman pitches. The Sparks Scion team just isn't like that. Josh simply let me observe and educated me when I had questions. He let me figure things out for myself, form my own opinions, and finally, pick out my own car. Exactly what car buying should be anywhere. If you're anywhere in the southeast, it just might be worth it to make the drive out to Sparks Scion.

This was a great experience -- like no other car i have ever bought. Everything was done over the phone with William at Sparks, even the tradein price for my PT Cruiser. He said the car would have all my lights, the rims etc in about 4 or 5 days. It was there in 3! Completely trouble free and NO BS! Exactly what I wanted.

These guys are awsome !!! I can't say enough about them. I tried to get a SCION Xb from Florence Toyota and it was like getting your teeth pulled with out pain killers. Sparks Scion made the buying Experience totaly painless. I made all of the arangement by phone and email. When I arrived I was greeted by William Jordan the internet sales manager. He was very courteous and very knowledgable about the Scion product line. He had my new Scion Xb all ready for me with all of the options installed that I had requested. I then met with the finance manager who was a super guy and made the finacial part of the buying process easy and painless as well. After all of the paperwork was done the General Manager Mr Sparks came out and personally thanked me for using Sparks and gave me his card and told me that if I had any problems please let him know and he would take care of it. I totally recomend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a Scion.
