My decision to go to Dean in St Cloud was the obvious choice since it was within walking distance to my house and I did not have a car that worked. Dean went above and beyond what I expected a car dealer would do. He was able to find the exact car that I wanted and was able to do so in relatively little time. He was able to network with other dealerships in the cities to locate the car I wanted. Everytime I walked into his showroom I was recognized and greeted by Dean. It was nice to know that I was not just another customer. It is evident that Dean places a high value with his customers. The only category that did not recieve 5/5 stars was the inventory level, I submit this, however with a side note that Dean was able to trade for the car I wanted, so the inventory level was a moot point.
