David was very good during the purchase process. He did not try to sell me extra stuff, and the financing was a breeze. I didn't even have to go into a finance officer, it was all taken care of behind the scenes. I loved that. I just picked up my car, and drove off into the sunset. The dealership did not properly inflate the tires, and I was left with tires over inflated. I did not get an IPOD cup holder I was supposed to, but I called scion and they took care of me.
Overall it was a good experience.

I originally choose to goto Star Scion since it was the closest Scion dealer to me, but it turns out I made the right decision. Most Scion dealers in the NYC area are out to make a profit, Star Scion would rather make their customer happy. I dealt with David who is the manager of Scion for the Star dealerships. He is straightforward and honest and answers any questions you have. The good thing is that he does not try to persuade you to buy options you don't need. I made a deposit back in June for a tC and I was updated every step of the way until I picked it up. This was my first car purchase and I'm glad I didn't have to experience the horror stories of buying a car. I will definitely return to this dealership and recommend it for anyone interested in Scion (or Toyota).
