Salespeople Jonathan & Ernest were helpful, friendly, and not pushy. They had 2 tCs on the lot, an RS2 and the Flint Mica 5spd that I bought. Overall my experience was good. My car was delivered with a scratched center console and a scratched wheel, which after some convincing by me they agreed to replace. I did order Scion Security to be installed on my car, but found they installed a cheaper aftermarket alarm, "AutoMate." I was very disappointed and frustrated. They agreed to refund me the difference in cost between these two alarms. My scratched radio cover has been replaced with a new one, and I am still waiting on the wheel, but I do believe they will come through with it. My overall impression was good, however I am concerened for those who are not knowledgeable about the cars that may have this same alarm issue happen to them.
I do recommend the sales & service department for their attitude and willingness to make things right and try to keep me a happy customer.

I really wanted to buy a new car. I don't need one, wanted one. I walked in, was met by a salesperson, so far so good. Drove the car, smiled...still good. I have financing, so it's just a matter of my trade, still happy. My car is worth between $3600 and $5000. They offered be just over a $1000, not as happy now. Then to "save me money" they offered me a used tC with no options and 3000 miles on it for $17k. Unhappy now, I left. Pure Price - Pure bull. My brother purchased 2 cars from them within the last six months and had a great experience. I went home insulted. They just kept up the "What would it take to sell you a car today?" stuff. I have the loan secured, so it was just a cash deal for them and they still wouldn't be up front and honest. By the time I got back home I had a voicemail from them. I put them on my "Selective Call Rejection" list. My phone won't even ring when they call again. Sorry, you had your chance. I buy a car every 2 years. This would have been #14. Oh well...
